1 Dear Exhibitor, Please find valuable information for SOTC s September Agility Trials, March 22-24, 2019 held at the Bratty Paws Dog Plex in Punta Gorda, FL. A Separate Judging Schedule for all three days is also included and you are responsible for checking this carefully. All exhibitors need to review all information for their entry (s) and report immediately to the Trial Secretary any corrections to be made. Contact info: sotcagilitytrials@gmail.com or The Judge is not required to wait for any dog. We have a total of 885, entries for the weekend and ask that everyone be ready ringside when your # is up. The Judge will take a lunch break at her discretion. No crate mats allowed Only dogs entered in these trials allowed Crate space is limited so crates should be stacked when possible & set close to one another No lounge chairs There are no food vendors but there are several restaurants in close proximity to the trial site Check In will begin at 7:00 am each day for the 1 st class of the day. There is absolutely NO practicing in the ring at ANY time nor is food allowed in the ring at any time. REMINDER TO ALL SMOKERS: There is no smoking on the grounds of this facility The Agility Trial will be open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm all weekend. You will be allowed to leave your chairs/crates set up overnight during the trial weekend. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, may be asked to leave the Trial site. In such case, no refund of any fees paid will be made. Bitches that come in season after the close of the trial will be issued a refund minus $5.00 per day. The Trial Secretary must receive written notification no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class of the day of the trial. Refund checks will be issued after the trial has closed on Sunday and will be mailed to the Exhibitor. Trial Opens 6:00 A.M. on Friday closes at 7:00 P.M. Clinic will be on your right. "Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations." 1
