1 AKC Agility Trial April 12 14, 2019 Thank you for entering s agility trial. This trial is being held at Canine Sports Zone, 3036 Laura Lane, Middleton, WI Food will not be available on site, but there are plenty of fast food options nearby. NO flexi-leads are permitted inside the building. The building opens 6:30 AM all 3 days MEASURING: There will be a Volunteer Measuring Official (VMO) at this event on all three days. Once measured, come to the score table so I can update your height in my database. If you run and are not measured the AKC will remove any legs you may have earned this weekend. If you have received a valid temporary or permanent height card since sending in your entry (i.e. your confirmation still shows measure ), please let me know so I may mark the database properly. CRATING: Mats are required to be placed under your crates. Please try to conserve space as much as possible. Dogs with space issues must be covered and non-disruptive. SITE INFORMATION: As always, clean up after your dog. Remember that hotels are considered by the AKC to be part of the trial site, so exhibitors observed not picking up or causing disturbances at the hotels may be subject to AKC sanctions.

2 DIRECTIONS: From the North: Take the US-12 south toward Madison. Take the Airport Rd exit (EXIT250) toward Century Ave/County Hwy M. Turn left onto Airport Rd. Turn right onto Laura Ln. Continue to 3036 Laura Ln on the right. From the South: I-90 W toward Rockford/ I-294 N/Milwaukee. Merge onto US-12 W/W Beltline Hwy W via EXIT 142A on the left toward Madison. Take the Airport Rd exit (EXIT250) toward Century Ave/County Hwy M. Turn right onto Century Ave. Turn right onto Laura Ln. Continue to 3036 Laura Ln on the right. From the East: From Milwaukee take I-94 West. Keep left to take WI-30 toward Madison/Janesville. Merge onto US-12 W/W Beltline Hwy W via EXIT 142A toward Madison. Take the Airport Rd exit (EXIT250) toward Century Ave/County Hwy M. Turn right onto Century Ave. Turn right onto Laura Ln. Continue to 3036 Laura Ln on the right.
