Plastic/tarps/rugs must be placed under all crates, ex-pens, chairs and water No straight-legged chairs allowed on soccer turf Thursday night set up from 4-7 PM! Thank you for entering the Western Lakes Training Club s Agility trial. Please check your confirmation letter carefully to see if there are any errors. If there are any problems or corrections, contact Denise Thomas at CSTrialEntries@aol.com. It is much easier to make corrections prior to the trial! Friday move-ups MUST be in my hands in writing by Monday, June 5th at 6 pm (per AKC rules). Day-to-day move-ups will be accepted on Fri/Sat up until ½ hour past the last run. Volunteers A worker s schedule will be ed separately. If you have any changes/conflicts or wish to volunteer, please contact Pam Myers, classicgoldens@aol.com, who is doing the workers schedule. The rings will be located indoors on padded Astroturf and electronic timers will be used. Your ring stewards are Liz Reston and Thelma Kraut. Making sure your dog is measured is now the responsibility of the exhibitor. We do not need to see your height card, but it is your responsibility to get a measurement done if needed before you show, and you should always have your card available if requested. There is a VMO at this trial, Dee Crofton. She will measure dogs throughout the trial as available. If you checked that your dog needed measured on your entry form, then you will have to be measured before running. DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE From East or West: Take the I-90 to I-290 West via Exit 50 toward Niagara Falls. Stay on I-290 West to NY-425, exit 2, toward Colvin Blvd. Turn right onto NY-425/Twin Cities Vietnam Veterans Memorial Hwy.(2.82 miles). Stay straight to go onto Nash Rd.(0.48 mile). Take the 3rd left onto Walck Rd.(0.51 mile). Turn right onto Payne Ave.(0.21 mile). Take the 3rd right onto Ridge Rd.(0.13 mile). Sportsplex is on the left. From North, Lockport, NY area: Take Transit Rd(Rt.78) to Robinson Rd/NY-93 going west.(1.47 miles). Robinson Rd. becomes Lockport Rd.(5.76 miles). Turn left onto Shawnee Rd/NY-425. Continue to follow NY-425(6.09 miles). Turn slight right onto Walck Rd.(1.04 miles). Turn right onto Payne Ave.(0.21 mile). Take the 3rd right onto Ridge Rd.(0.13 mile). Sportsplex is on the left.
