2 THE 3 PHASE EVENT RIDERS WILL BE DOING THEIR SHOW JUMPING- STARTING FROM TRAINING DOWN TO STARTER AND THEN WILL RIDE CROSS COUNTRY IN THE SAME ORDER ONCE THEY HAVE ALL COMPLETED SHOW JUMPING. WE WILL THEN BEGIN THE JUST JUMPERS WITH THE GROUND POLES DIVISION.

5 CLASS FEES 3 Phase Event $75.00 Any Dressage Test $30.00 Combined Test $45.00 Jumper Classes $15.00/Class or $25/Division AWARDS 1 st through 6 th Place Ribbons in all Classes/Divisions High Point Dressage Junior & Senior & Open Low Point Combined Test Junior & Senior Low Point Event Junior & Senior SHOW RULES 1. Governing rules: USDF/USEF for dressage; and USEA for cross-country, jumpers, & combined training. 2. Dressage classes have priority in scheduling. Riders with a conflict between jumping and dressage are expected to be ready for their dressage ride as scheduled. We will accommodate your jumping class and hold the jumping ring. Please notify jump ring secretary. 3. All competitors must sign a Waiver and Release prior to mounting a horse at the show location. For all competitors under 18 years of age, the parent must sign the Waiver and Release on behalf of the competitor. Should any person other than the parent sign the Waiver and Release, legal documentation and/or a power of attorney must be presented to the Show Secretary specifically stating that such person has the right to sign a Waiver and Release on behalf of the competitor. 4. All entry forms must be legible and fully completed. All fees must accompany entry forms. Each entry must include a copy of a negative Coggins Test within the last twelve months for each horse brought onto the show grounds. 5. Should any part of the show be cancelled due to weather or safety conditions, a reschedule date will be provided. 6. There will be a returned check charge of $30.00 on all dishonored checks. 7. Mahan Farm show officials shall have the right to demand any competitor or spectator to cease any activity deemed to be dangerous, distracting or threatening the safety of a mounted competitor. 8. Riders are expected to be in control of their horses at all times. Horses that pose a danger or distraction to competitors, horses and spectators must be ridden/warmed-up in an area where they will cause no distraction or threat. 9. Running martingales are allowed in all stadium jumping classes, and cross-country. 10. All horses on the show grounds must have a rider# affixed to the horses tack at all times. 11. All Dogs Must Remain on a Leash AT ALL TIMES! 12. Times will be posted at: website Thursday evening before the show 13. Attire: Approved safety helmets, breeches and boots are required. Polo shirts or short sleeved, collared shirts are recommended. Protective vest and medical armbands are REQUIRED for Cross Country.
