Special prize to the first entry received!! Stabling: limited stalls at $20 per day with initial bedding. Priority given to those who are also attending the Stephanie Goodman clinic. Extra bedding: $8.00 a bag(shavings) Uncovered pens w/bedding: $15. Pen with no bedding: $10 per day. Please pick out your stall or pen. Off grounds stabling can be arranged if grounds are full. Haul Ins: will be parked in designated areas where you may trailer tie your horse. Refunds: Before closing date, less $10 office fee. After closing, with a vet statement, less $10 office fee. For other cancellations, no refund without filling spot on your own or from waiting list. Times: Saturday: Dressage Tests will start at 8:00am., Stadium (for horse trial) and Derby jump rounds at 2:00pm. Sunday: Cross Country will start at 9:00am.Dressage times will be ed. Dressage tests can be found at and event tests are at under forms. Dressage: Tests will be ridden in outdoor sand arena. Rules: Competitors in HT may enter more than one horse. Derby competitors are limited to 2 consecutive divisions with the same horse. Acceptable Attire: Shirts with collars (long or short sleeved only), breeches of any color, boots or paddock boots with half-chaps, ASTM helmets. Safety vests required for x-country. Wear your medical armbands. USEA rules will be followed closely for Horse Trial Divisions. Derby rules for those riding in the Idaho Derby series will follow the Idaho Derby rules, which are USEA rules for dressage and stadium jumping. (see > Events> Idaho Event Derby for rules). Camping: Allowed in designated areas. No hook-ups. There will be port-a-potties. Food: Local restaurants are 9 miles from site to Enterprise. Potluck dinner on Saturday evening for those who wish to join in AND. WINE and CHOCOLATE TASTING (byo if you want to participate!). Stadium Course: Cross Pole course, max. height 18, not timed, limit of 3 stops/runouts per fence, total of 5 for the course. Cross country: height to 18 in open field. Lead horse optional. Beginner Novice: Dressage Test: 2014 USEA Beginner Novice Test B (Test may be read). Stadium Course: Max. height 2 6 in open field. Cross country: Height to 2 6 in open field. Approx. 12 jumps with no water or ditches. Speed 275 mpm. Novice: Dressage test: 2014 USEA Novice test B (memorized). Stadium course: Max. height 2 11 in open field. 2 Derby Division Fees: All divisions $65 for first round. Additional schooling rounds (jumping only)$20 each, at end of each division, same horse. You may enter additional rounds on show day also. Courses will be split between juniors and adults if there are at least 3 jrs/3 adults in one division. Dressage tests may be memorized or read by a reader. Dressage Divisions Offered Any USDF dressage test: Specify test, Intro through 3 rd Level T.3. You will be grouped by level. Any USEA dressage test: Specify test, Novice through Advanced. You may ride any test a second time. Your first test will be the one included in scoring for that division. Same fees apply for additional tests. Dressage Division Fees: All tests $25 each. 5 Release and Hold Harmless Agreement To Stephanie Goodman, Connie Dunham, and all persons affiliated with them in connection with my participation in the equestrian show held at the property of Richard and Connie Dunham, Dunham Ranch LLC, Enterprise, Oregon I agree to wear protective headgear at all times when mounted at this clinic and/or show. I agree to wear protective headgear with harness attached that meets or exceeds the ASTM/SEI standards currently imposed by the U.S. Equestrian Rules for Eventing, whenever I am jumping. I agree to wear footgear with a heel appropriate for riding. I understand that I must wear a body-protective vest when jumping cross-country. I understand that the sport of eventing is a high risk sport that can involve dangers and conditions inherent with equine activities, including but not limited to; the propensity of equines to behave in ways which may result in injury, harm or even death to humans or other animals around or near them; the unpredictability of equine reactions to sounds, sudden movements, smells and unfamiliar objects, persons or other animals; hazards related to surface and subsurface conditions; collisions with other equines or objects; and the potential for another participant to act in a negligent or unskilled manner which may contribute to injury to the participant or others, including failure or inability to maintain control over their animal. By participating in this clinic, I agree to assume responsibility for those risks, and I release and agree to hold harmless the activity organizer, the judge and any assistants, the owners of the property on which it is held, and any of their employees. I agree to release the above parties from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or indebtedness of any kind, known or unknown, which I may have or claim to have now or at any time hereafter by reason of my participation, or my son s/daughter s participation in this equestrian show or related activities, regardless of the character of such participation and regardless of whether such injury, death or damage is due to the negligence of the persons hereby released.
