Also, a massive thank you to Liz White of Moor Farm Stables and CKRC for the donation of the show jumps. New for this year we have added Chase me Charlie classes. Elaine The Sheila Saunders Memorial Trophy In memory of Sheila who was a dear, loyal friend to the Society, a memorial trophy in her name will be presented to the winning horse of Class 67b DATA PROTECTION The data provided by you to the Fillongley Agricultural Society will be stored securely with access limited to designated Officers of the Society. You have the right to see, to amend or to have destroyed your data upon request. All details are used specifically for the management of the Society's membership records. Open to any Pony/Rider combination that have not been placed in a BS affiliated competition in 2017 or Class 61 kindly sponsored by Fern House Farm Stables. Class cm Horse and Pony Class In this class only, horses and ponies will compete against each other. This class is open for any Pony/Rider & Horse/Rider combination that have not been placed in a BS affiliated competition in 2017 or Class 63a - 70 cm Pony Open Class - Pony 148 cms & under This class is open for any Pony/Rider combination that has not been placed in a BS affiliated competition in 2017 or 2018.

4 Class 63b - 70 cm Horse Open Class - Horse over 148 cms This class is open for any Pony/Rider combination that has not been placed in a BS affiliated competition in 2017 or The winning Horse will receive the Steve Parkes Memorial Trophy. Classes 63a/b kindly sponsored by Penny Woodward. Chase Me Charlie Rules All Riders to be in the ring at the same time. Each Rider attempts the one chosen jump with all those going clear progressing to the next round. Those combinations that either knock down the fence or have a refusal will be asked to leave the Ring. The Winner is the Rider who jumps the highest fence clear. Class 64a - Chase Me Charlie - Ponies Sash to the winning Rider. Class 64b Chase Me Charlie Horses Sash to the winning Rider. There will be a break for lunch after Class 64b. Class 65a will not start before 1.30 pm

5 Class 65 - Max Height 75 cm Pairs Relay This will be an Open Class for Horses and Ponies. There will be no doubles to jump and the class will be judged on time (Table C). Class 65 kindly sponsored by Mr A Bagnall, Dip=WCF. Class 66a = 80 cm Pony Open Class - Pony 148 cms & under The winning Pony will receive the Leslie Walter Swann Memorial Trophy. Class 66b = 80 cm Horse Open Class - Horse over 148 cms The winning horse will receive the Mr Snow Memorial Trophy. Class 67a = 90 cm Pony Open Class - Pony 148 cms & under The winning Pony will receive the Jot Arthur Memorial Trophy. Class 67b = 90 cm Horse Open Class - Horse over 148 cms The winning Horse will receive the Sheila Saunders Memorial Trophy. Classes 67a/b kindly sponsored by Moor Farm Stables.

6 ENTRY TO SHOWGROUND IMPORTANT 1 Horse = Admit 2 2+ Horses = Admit 3 All other passengers will be asked to pay the full Show entry cost. Occupants of any vehicle not Carrying/pulling a horse and competing will be asked to pay the full show admission costs and 5 parking. (Note: FREE PUBLIC CAR PARK IS AVAILABLE) SHOW JUMPING OFFICIALS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL/PROMPTLY ALTER ANY CLASS WITHOUT STATING A REASON E N T R Y F E E S Entry Fees for Classes 61/62/63/66/ per class. Entry Fees for Class 64 5 Entry Fees for Class per pair Entries to be made only on the day Prize money Classes 61/62/63/66/67-1st 10 2nd 8 3rd 5 Prize money Class to the Winner Prize money Class 65-1st 15 2nd 12 3rd 10 Rosettes to 5th place in all classes excluding Class 64 Rosettes and prize money in all classes except Class64 which is prize money only. A sash of honour will be presented to the first placed Horse and Pony in each Class except Classes 61 (pony only), and 62 where there will only be one winner. A sash of honour will be presented to the sole winner of Class 64a and 64b. Each class will be judged for Best Turned Out Horse and Pony except Classes 64a, 64b and 65. The Best Turned Out Horse rosettes are kindly sponsored by Katie Attenborrow Equestrian.

7 RULES 1. ALL RIDERS MUST COMPLY WITH CURRENT SAFETY REGULATIONS AND DRESS CODE. 2. IF A JUDGE OR SHOW OFFICIAL IS CONCERNED THAT SOMEONE IS UNDER/OVERHORSED, THEY WILL BE REQUESTED TO WITHDRAW. 3. THE JUDGE'S DECISION WILL BE FINAL INCLUDING PLACES IN ALL CLASSES. OBJECTIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING TO THE SHOWJUMPING SECRETARY ACCOMPANIED BY A DEPOSIT OF 10 WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE ALLEGED INCIDENT TAKING PLACE. SHOULD THE OBJECTION BE DEEMED TO BE FRIVOLOUS OR UNFOUNDED, THE DEPOSIT SHALL BE FORFEITED. 4. ALL CLASSES ARE RUN UNDER BS RULES 2018 & ALL CLASSES WILL BE SINGLE PHASE EXCEPT CLASSES 64 & ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A SHORT LEASH AT ALL TIMES WHILST ON & AROUND THE SHOWGROUND & ESPECIALLY NEAR THE WARMING UP & SHOW JUMPING AREAS. 6. HORSES & PONIES ARE ENTERED AT THE OWNER'S/ RIDER'S OWN RISK & NEITHER THE ORGANISERS NOR LANDOWNERS ACCEPTS ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENT, LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY OR ILLNESS WHETHER TO ANIMAL, RIDER, OWNER, GROOM OR SPECTATOR. Ka e teaches privately and holds regular clinics across Warwickshire ranging from kids rallies, dressage test riding to pole work and jumping. Lessons are available for all abili es, ambi ons and goals.
