7 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY All competitors in all ridden events must be wearing the correct riding clothing (including footwear) otherwise the organisers have the right to refuse entry. Hats must conform to current BSI standards (PAS and 2011 with kitemark or Inspec IC mark; VG1 with kitemark or Inspec IC mark; ASTM F a onwards with SEI global mark; SNELL E2001 and E2016; AS/NZS onwards with SAI global mark and must be fastened correctly. All owners and riders (and where applicable their parents or guardians) of horses/ponies entering any competition in this show will be expected to behave with propriety and to comply with any requests of the officials promptly and without argument. In the case of unseemly behaviour, by word or deed, the organisers reserve the right to disqualify the offender and order him or her to leave the ring. The organisers reserve the right to return or refuse any entry. LEGAL LIABILITY Neither the show or any persons acting on its behalf will accept liability for any loss, damage or illness to ponies, horses, riders, spectators or any person. Dogs must be held on a lead at all times. All vehicles are parked at the owners risk. The organisers of this event have taken reasonable PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE THE HEALTH & SAFETY OF EVERYONE PRESENT. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid & prevent accidents occurring & must obey the instructions of the organisers & all officials & stewards. The age of any competitor is as of the day of the show where a certain age is specified for junior classes proof of age may be necessary. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any rider whom they consider to be under-horsed, over-horsed or unethical in any way. In any dispute as to the height of a horse/pony a height certificate will be required. Similarly in a dispute as to a rider s age, a birth certificate will be required.

8 All classes may be limited at the discretion of the organisers Horses and ponies under 4 years may not enter any classes Any competitor who falls in a jumping class will be eliminated and must report to the paramedics All entrants must have third party insurance Leading must be done with a lead rein only. Any leader handling the bridle/reins will result in disqualification for the competitor. NO GALLOPING is allowed on the showground except during classes when and where requested. NO CANTERING ON THE FIELD EXCEPT IN WARM UP AREAS. GENERAL RULES Objections must be made in writing to the show secretary accompanied by a deposit of 10 within 30 minutes of the alleged incident taking place. Should the objection be deemed to be frivolous or unfounded, the deposit shall be forfeited. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or promptly alter any class without stating a reason.
