1 USEF Judges and Judge Applicants applying for or maintaining their USEF Western license are required to attend specific educational sessions (listed below) of the International Equine Judges Seminar (IEJS). Each attendee must pay the IEJS Carded Judge Seminar fee and submit a reservation form to CBC to register to attend these sessions. Attendees must also pre-register (form below) with USEF and complete online training to fulfill their clinic requirement. Current USEF Western Judges USEF Judges must attend all the designated sessions below at the IEJS and must complete the online USEF Western Judges Technical Training (either before or after the seminar). USEF Western Judge Applicants USEF Applicants do not have to register for or attend the CBC Judges Academy. USEF applicants must attend all the designated sessions below at the IEJS. 2 2018 WESTERN JUDGES CLINIC UNITED STATES EQUESTRIAN FEDERATION ATTENDANCE You must register for the International Equine Judges Seminar. Please fax or mail the IEJS application with fees directly to Color Breed Council. The early registration discount ends January 3, You must attend one-time slot of each of the sessions listed on the previous page. The USEF Western Clinic online session has no fee, but please , fax, or mail the USEF registration form to USEF so that we may send you the online session instructions. The online session can be completed at any time. Applicants: Once you have completed all the requirements found in Chapter 10 and once you have applied for your license, contact the USEF Western Committee Liaison to schedule an interview. AIRPORTS Tulsa International Airport (TUL) 20 minutes. DIRECTIONS From TUL Airport: Take airport exit left to traffic light. Turn right onto Highway 11S. Continue to 244 E toward Joplin. Exit right onto 169S. Go to I-44 W exit and turn right. Exit Yale Avenue and turn left. Hotel is on the right just past 61 st St. From (I-44) Oklahoma City: Take I-44 East to Yale exit. Take a right off of Yale Avenue exit and follow to 61 st Street. Go through light and the hotel is on your right.
