2 SCOTTISH 3D CHAMPIONSHIPS 2016 BORDER ARCHERY, MELLERSTAIN, GORDON, TD3 6LG 26th/27th March, 2016 Registration: ENTRY FEES - Adults 30, U16s 30. Half price if shooting one day only. PAYMENT WITH ENTRY PLEASE. 8.30am to 9.30am SHARP both days. Shooting to commence by 10.30am. Late-comers will not be accepted. It would be greatly appreciated if you would collect and return cards as promptly as possible as there is a lot of work to be done both before and after the shoot. Thank you. CAMPING/PARKING: Follow signs. There will be a charge per night of 10 per caravan/motorhome and 2 per person. No Tents. PARKING at Border Archery premises ONLY Arrival: After 12 noon on Friday. Departure: No later than 12 noon on Monday. FACILITIES: Portable toilet blocks will be available. Please use designated toilets - they will be signed Ladies or Gents. CATERING: Food available all day. Any person who wishes vegetarian options, please let us know at time of booking. DOGS: No dogs are permitted. SHOOTING GROUPS: Do not request to shoot with anyone or not to shoot with anyone. This is a Championship event and as such requests will not be entertained. Exceptions are Juniors who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. AWARDS: Only FIRST in each Class will receive a medal. Gents, Ladies and Juniors. Smoking in the woodland is NOT permitted with the exception of catering stop, where cigarettes, etc MUST be extinguished in the sand buckets provided, NOT on the ground. Juniors: A Junior who has a birthday on the Saturday will be classed as being in the higher age group for the duration of the competition. A Junior who has a birthday on the Sunday will remain in the lower age group. Please note: Only one U16 per group. Each parent/ guardian can only be responsible for one junior. PLEASE leave the courses/site free of litter. No rubbish is to be left on site if the bins/skips are full - you brought it, you take it away!
