"The World Taekwondo Hanmadang 2016 (Asian Continent Championships)" is a historic Taekwondo competition that is designed to bring Taekwondo practitioners of different backgrounds from all around the world to perform diverse and splendid skills of Taekwondo. This year's Taekwondo Hanmadang will be held in the tourism city, Pokhara. Under the slogan of "Unifying the world with Taekwondo", we are dedicated to the creation of big memorable Taekwondo events for practitioners and their families. For instance, Junior Ⅱ (-15 years) refers to contestants whose ages are between 13 and 15 years. If the competition is held in the middle of August this year, contestants who were born between January 1, 2001, and December 31, 2003, are qualified to participate in this division. * Foreign contestants shall use their passports to prove their age. 3. Participating Method Participating: One can participate in one events as an individual and pair or one event as a team. It is allowed to compete in duplicate for the domestic/international team kyorugi and team competition. 4. Contest/Competition Method Cut-off * 10 participants or less who made it through the preliminaries may proceed to the finals. * Tied contestants (teams) are decided according to the results of the preliminaries and are to proceed to the finals. 7 UNIFYING THE WORLD WITH TAEKWONDO

8 * The Organizing Committee will notify the number of finalists (final teams) during the events. It will be recognized as the official record if there are 4 participants (groups) or more in each category. However, the record will not be recognized as an official record in case there are less than 4 participants (groups) in each category, but the contest/competition will be conducted and awarded. Events may be combined when there are less than four participants. 5. Uniform Uniform is restricted to the official uniform approved by the Kukkiwon. * However, the contestant may choose a different top during the Taekwondo Aerobics, but it is necessary to wear Dobok pants and the belt. 6. The same targets are used in both the preliminary and final rounds. The Committee will not supply any other targets other than those stated above. Contestants who wish to use extra breaking targets must prepare them in advance and have them approved by the Organizing Committee. 9 7. Awards Each event has one first placer or team, one second placer or team, and two third placers or teams. Award details 1. Individual First Place(1 person) : Certificate, gold medal Second Place(1 person) : Certificate, silver medal Third Place(2 people) : Certificate, bronze medal 2. Team First Place(1 team) - Certificate(team, individual), large trophy(team), gold medal (individual) Second Place(1 team) - Certificate(team, individual), medium trophy(team), silver medal (individual) Third Place(2 teams) - Certificate(team, individual), small trophy(team), bronze medal (individual) 8. Representative Meeting A meeting is held a day before the contest/competition. It is compulsory for executives(directors and coaches) of each team to attend this meeting. Arbitration Registered team executive (directors or coaches) can request arbitration. * Individual contestants without a group can request arbitration individually. Procedure of Arbitration 1. When objecting to a referee's judgment, an official delegate of the team shall submit a protest sheet, along with the arbitration fee, to the Arbitration committee within 10 minutes after the contest/competition. Decision on the result may be announced after 30 minutes. 2. Decision will be made by the majority of the Arbitration Committee. When it's a tie, the committee chairperson may make the decision. 3. To ascertain the facts, the members of the Arbitration committee may summon the refereeing officials to discuss the concerned contestant(s). 4. 10 5. The resolution made by the Arbitration Committee is final, and no further means of appeal shall be applied. 10. 13 1 Frist Breaking III. Contest/Competition Regulations The frist breaking technique should follow the description in the Kukkiwon textbook. It is a straight down punch technique to break targets, which are set by breaking holders with a certain height. Competition Method: Cut-off Competition Time: 20 seconds or less Compulsory Regulations 1. Contestants must decide the number of breaking targets and request them while waiting for an event. 2. The breaking targets must be authorized by the Organizing Committee. 3. Contestants may place the protective materials given by the competition headquarters on the breaking targets to protect themselves from fist injuries, but they should never put any material directly around their fists. 4. The frist breaking use the front part of the forefinger and the middle finger. 5. Breaking is conducted only once and must be done within 20 seconds after the Si-Jak command. Technical Regulations 1. Contestants may use the application technique, which is to lift the stepping foot off the ground. 2. Contestants must use their fists or standing fists to break the target. 3. Contestants can decide the breaking direction. Penalty(Warning, Deduction, and Disqualification) 1. Penalties are given by the referees. 2. The penalties are warning, deduction, and disqualification. A. One warning penalty is equal to a 0.5 point deduction. B. Two warning penalties are equal to a 1 deduction. C. One deduction penalty is equal to 1.0 point deduction, and it is equal to one breaking target. 2. Penalty is given to the following acts A. 14 C. Damaging the breaking target before hitting the target. D. Exceeding the competition time (1.0 deduction per 10 seconds, and a one point deduction is equal to one breaking target). E. The referee can declare a point deduction if the contestant repeated a minor act of the above article A, B, and C after receive the warning penalty, or commit such acts intentionally F. Penalty points shall be deducted from the participants total score. 4. Disqualification is given to the following acts A. when any parts of the body above the knees touch the ground after breaking(knees on the ground are accepted) B. If breaking has been attempted twice C. Breaking in an unfair manner Decision and Declaration of Winner 1. The winner has the highest number of broken targets. 2. The winner will be decided by someone who requested for more breaking targets in case of a tie score. 3. If the abovementioned article fails to decide a winner, the winner shall be the one who weighs less. 2 Knife Hand Breaking The knife hand breaking technique should follow the description in the Kukkiwon textbook. It is a straight down knife hand breaking technique, which are set by breaking holders with a certain height. Competition Method: Cut-off Competition Time: 20 seconds or less Compulsory Regulations 1. Contestants must decide the number of breaking targets and request them while waiting for an event. 2. The breaking targets must be authorized by the Organizing Committee. 3. Contestants may place the protective materials given by the competition headquarters on the breaking targets to protect themselves from injuries. However, they are not allowed to put any protective material around their blade of hands and wrist. 4. Knife hand breaking must be executed with the part between the side of the first knuckle of the little finger and side of the wrist. 5. Breaking is conducted only once and must be done within 20 seconds after the Si-Jak command. The winner will be decided by someone who requested for more breaking targets in case of a tie score. 3. If the article 2 does not determine a winner, the winner shall be the one who weighs less. 3 Side Kick / Back Kick Breaking The side kick/ back kick breaking technique should follow the description in the Kukkiwon textbook. It means that the contestant breaks the targets, which set by breaking holders with a certain height, using a foot blade or heel of a foot. 16 Competition Time: 20 seconds or less Compulsory Regulations 1. Contestants must decide the number of breaking targets and request them while waiting for an event. 2. The breaking targets must be authorized by the Headquarters. 3. Breaking is conducted only once and must be done within 20 seconds after the Si-Jak command. 4. The foot cannot be covered by bandages or any other materials. 5. Side kick breaking must be done with the sole of the foot, the outer part of the foot, or the heel of the foot. 6. The height of the breaking materials must be higher than the contestant s waist. Technical Regulations 1. Contestants may use the application technique, which is to lift the stepping foot off the ground. 2. The contestant may use a shuffle step or less than two steps forward prior to the kicking. Penalty(Warning, Deduction, and Disqualification) 1. Penalties are given by the referees. 2. The penalties are warning, deduction, and disqualification. A. One warning penalty is equal to a 0.5 point deduction. B. Two warning penalties are equal to a 1 deduction. C. Any contestant who fails to break the target is disqualified for the final round, and will be excluded from a rank in the final round. 4 All-round Breaking All-round breaking consists of multiple breaking techniques chosen by the contestant. Competition Method: Cut-off Competition Time: 60 seconds or less Compulsory regulations 1. The breaking targets must be authorized by Organizing Committee. 2. The breaking targets are restricted to pine boards(7-10 boards). 3. Assistants are limited to 15 members. Technical Regulations 1. Breaking techniques can be chosen freely. 2. The stage is arranged freely. However, there is no second trial if the contestant fails to stay in the air for the breaking technique. 3. If the target is damaged or broken while the contestant is spinning(horizontal turn, vertical turn, or twist turn) or jumping to prepare, the breaking cannot be accepted as a record. Marking Criteria 1. Accuracy A. Number of broken targets: The number of targets broken by breaking techniques B. Landing: Well-balanced landing after performing the breaking techniques 2. Program arrangement A. Skill: Level of difficulty when performing(height and turning angle) B. Expressivity: Accurate and reliable technical expression while remaining in the air C. Creativeness: Balance of the set composition and creative techniques. Penalty (Deduction, Disqualification) 1. Penalties are given by the referees. 2. The penalties are deductions, and disqualification. A. One deduction is equal to a 0.1 point deduction. 3. Deduction is given to the following acts A. 18 B. Exceeding the competition time(0.3 points deduction per 10 seconds) C. If the contestant falls down in the landing position, 0.3 points deduction for each fall. D. If the number of assistants is more than 15 people, 0.3 points deduction per one extra assistant. 4. Disqualification is given to the following acts A. Entering the competition on behalf of another player 5. Penalty points shall be deducted from the participant s total score. Decision and Declaration of Winner 1. The winner has the highest total score. 2. The winner will be the one who gets a higher program arrangement score in case the final score is tied. In case of a tie again, the highest and lowest points (which were excluded) will be added to the total score to determine the winner. 3. The final two teams will compete once again if their score is still even after the article 2 is affected. 4. If tied again after the re-competition, the article 2 will be applied. If tied again after applying the article 2, co-champions will be awarded. 5 Authorized Poomsae Authorized Poomsae refers to Poomsae formulated by the Kukkiwon. Competition Method: Cut-off, tournament Competition Time: More than 30 seconds and less than 90 seconds Number of contestants: Individual(one person), pair(2 people), and group( 3-5 people) Classification by Age and Gender 1. A group competition consists of men, women, and mixed gender (men and women). The ratio of males to females is not specified. * In case there is a shortage of members among the international teams, if they have more members in the doubles or team competitions, younger contestants may apply for older divisions. 2. Pair is only done in mixed gender(men and women). Designated Poomsae of each entry 1. It is compulsory to perform two types of Poomsae in each entry. 2. Designated Poomsae draw A. The Poomsae drawn by the first contestant shall be the Designated Poomsae (cut-off). B. Each participating team(two player or two teams) shall be given Poomsae through electronic draws(tournament). 18 UNIFYING THE WORLD WITH TAEKWONDO

Poomsae techniques shall be followed to the regulations of the Kukkiwon. 2. Poomsae formation can be composed freely. Marking Criteria Marking criteria are as follows 1. Authorized Poomsae (10.0) A. Accuracy(4.0) : Basic movements, detailed movements of each Poomsae, and balance B. Expressivity(6.0) : Speed and power, and expression of energy * Marking follows the detailed marking criteria. Penalty(Disqualification) 1. Disqualification is given to the following acts A. Entering the competition in the name of others B. When the contestant fails to follow the regulations regarding Designated Poomsae, mixed gender, and uniform prescribed by the 2015 competition Outlines. Decision and Declaration of Winner 1. The winner has the highest total score. 2. In case of a tie, the contestant with the higher expressivity score may be selected as a winner. In case of a tie again, the highest and lowest points(which were excluded) will be added to the total score to determine the winner. 19 UNIFYING THE WORLD WITH TAEKWONDO

20 3. If tied again, after applying the abovementioned article 2, the two teams will re-compete once. 4. The Poomsae will be selected randomly by a computer program for the re-compete. 5. If tied again after the re-competition, the abovementioned article 2 shall be applied. If tied again after applying the article 2, the contestants shall be deemed as cochampions. 6 Team Kyorugi Competition Team Kyorugi Competition refers to the event where three participants with equal weight class compete with each other. Competition Method: Tournament Competition Time: 3 rounds, 2 minutes each (1 group, 1 round) Protective gears: Protective gears shall be regular protectors which is approved by the Kukkiwon(electronic protectors are not allowed). 1. All participants are advised to use protective gears, such as protective cup, chest protection(f), head protection, arms and legs protection, hands and feet protection, and mouth pieces(except chest guard), as required. 2. Any gears shall be made by authorized companies and meet the requirements authorized by the Kukkiwon. Number of contestants: Three people, for each weight division Divisions by Age and Weight 1. Weight division is as follow Weight division Male Female -58kg -68kg -80kg Senior Over 19 Years -49kg -57kg -67kg -51kg -59kg -68kg Junior Ⅲ Years -46kg -52kg -59kg -45kg -53kg -61kg Junior Ⅱ Years -41kg -47kg -55kg It is calculated based on kilogram, including two decimal places. For example, -45 kg and less refers to the range between kg and kg thus, the contestant who weighs kg or more shall be disqualified. 20 UNIFYING THE WORLD WITH TAEKWONDO

21 Weigh-in 1. The contestant shall conduct the weigh-in a day before the contest. 2. Males shall wear underpants, and females shall wear a T-shirt and Dobok pants. 400g (cloth weight) shall be deducted from the total weight. However, it is possible to weigh withoutclothing, depending on the contestant s choice. 3. Weigh-in is done only once. However, if the contestant fails to achieve the target weight, he/she may weigh again for one time while the weigh-in is ongoing. 4. The contestant shall bring his/her own Dan certificate to confirm their registration for weigh in When it is impossible, the contestant shall prepare his/her ID (student card, ID card, and drivers license, or passport). The contestant shall be disqualified in cases where he/she fails to do so. Score classification 1. Trunk: 1-3 points A. 1 point: fist attack or linear attack by kick B. 3 points: Spinning kick 2. Head: 3-4 points A. 3 points: linear attack by kick B. 4 points: Spinning kick C. Score shall be the sum of the all five rounds points. D. Invalidation of points: The referee shall declare the penalty with invalidation of point(s) if the contestant earned point(s) by foul or in an unfair manner. If the attacker had a foul attack without affecting scoring, the referee can declare it as a penalty, but not invalidate such point. E. Scoring agreements and correction: when objection arises by one of the judges, the referee can stop the competition by commanding Si-gan (Time) and ask opinions from the judge(s) to modify the score. If the judge does not agree with the referee s knockdown judgment, he/she can give an objection before the referee counts to 4. Prohibited Acts and Penalties Prohibited Acts and Penalties are classified into Gyong-go (warning) and Gam- eom" (deduction). 1. Penalties for prohibited acts are given by the referees. 2. Two Gyong-go" (warning) are equal to a 1.0 point Gam-jeom" (deduction), and a Gamjeom" ( deduction) shall be counted as one additional point for the opponent. However, one uncounted Gyonggo (warning) does not affect the judgment. 3. Prohibited acts A. The following acts shall be considered as prohibited acts, and it shall be declared Gyong-go" (warning) when commit the acts: 1) Stepping out of the boundary line 2) Falling down 21 UNIFYING THE WORLD WITH TAEKWONDO

22 3) Avoiding or delaying the match 4) Grabbing, holding or pushing the opponent 5) Lifting the knee to block a valid attack or disrupt the opponent s attack, or lifting a leg intended to interfere the opponent s attack without any attacking movement. 6) Attacking the opponent below the waist 7) Continuing attack even after the referee has commanded "Galyeo 8) Attacking opponents with the knee or forehead 9) Attacking the opponents head with hands 10) Attacking an opponent who fell on the ground 11) Displaying undesirable behavior to the coaches or other players 12) The player asks the referee to stop the match to adjust protective gears B. Referees can give Gam-jeom (deduction) when the warned acts are conducted deliberately and clearly or when the same acts are repeated after Gyong-go (warning). C. The referee shall declare Gam-jeom when the player or coach commits a prohibited acts seriously. D. The referee can give a yellow card to request disciplinary action when a player or coach commits excessive prohibited acts and does not follow the instruction of the referee. In this case, the Competition Supervisory Committee shall investigate the player or coach s prohibited behavior and decide whether a disciplinary action is appropriate. E. If the player repeatedly and intentionally breaks the rules or fails to follow the instructions of the referee, the referee can stop the match and declare losing by foul. F. Deduction : Penalty acts by player or coaches 1) Failing to follow the instructions of the referee or competition rules 2) Protest or criticize the decision of the referee in an improper way 3) Inappropriate attempts to disturb or affect the outcome of the match 4) Avoiding the normal technical exchanges and, running away, or repeatedly stepping out the boundary line or falling down to avoid effective attacks 5) Deliberately attacking the opponent s face 6) Deliberately attacking the opponent even after the referee has commanded "Galyeo 7) Deliberately attacking an opponent who fell on the ground 8) Deliberately attacking the opponent below the waist 9) Insulting the opponent or his/her coach 10) Other undesirable behavior in the martial art spirit G. When the opponent is injured by a deduction foul and unable to continue the match, the attacker shall be given 5 points "Gam-jeom (deduction). H. Gyong-go" and "Gam-jeom" shall be added up in the five rounds. 22 UNIFYING THE WORLD WITH TAEKWONDO

23 Replacing Players 1. It is possible to replace player when the player is unable to continue the match by injury or other reason. The replaced player shall be in the same weight division with the injured one. 2. It is not possible to replace a player during the match. 3. When a player needs to be replaced, the contestant shall submit a statement for replacement to the Competition Committee. 4. If a team fails to register a substitute player or other reasons to replace a player, thus resulting to not being able to continue the match, the referee shall be renounce the match and be given a score of 10 points to the opposing team. 5. It is not compulsory to register a substitute player, which can be decided by the team coach. Decision 1. The team who has earned the highest points from the first to three rounds is declared as the winner. 2. If the final score is tied, each team selects a player for the overtime match and the winner will be the team who scored three points ahead. 3. When both players fail to obtain 3 points within the given time, the team that obtain more points shall be declared as the winner. 4. When there is a tie after overtime, the winner shall be decided by superiority 5. Decision shall be made based on the superiority record of judges and the referee declare the winner. 6. The referee shall decide the winner if the superiority decision is tied among judges. 7. Even during the match, whoever scores 30 points first wins the match. 8. When a contestant is defeated by the referee s decision (KO or injury), the referee shall give 10 points to the opponent team. 9. When the coach withdraw a player from the match due to injury or safety reason the referee shall give 10 points to the opponent team. 10. Immediate Closing Criteria (in case of KO or injury) A. If a player has been down by the scoring technique and unable to resume the match after the referee count to "Yeodeol, or when the referee decided that the player is unable to continue the match regardless of counting. B. When a player can not resume the match after 1 minute medical treatment break C. When a player fails to follow three times "Stand-up command of referee to continue the match D. When a referee decides to stop the match for the player s safety E. When there is a medical advice from the commission doctor or medical staff to stop the match due to a player s injury 11. For a player who has been disqualified at the official weigh-in or other reasons arise to miss the match, the referee can give 10 points to the opposing team. 12. A team with 10 accumulated penalty points shall lose by penalties. 23 UNIFYING THE WORLD WITH TAEKWONDO

24 Decision-win Criteria If there is a tie after overtime, the referee shall declare the winner based on superiority decision of judges. 1. Superiority decision criteria A. Control of the game B. Number of performed techniques C. Sport manner Results and Decision Types 1. Win by final score: Team who earned the highest scores from rounds 1 to Win by withdrawal: If the opposing team player gives up two different weight classes. 3. Win by disqualification: if the opposing player misses the match as follows. when more than one weight division players among three have missed or has been disqualified the weigh-in 4. Decision-win: if the score is tied after overtime, the winner is declared by the referee. 5. Win by penalties: it is given by the referees as following acts A. When the opposing player accumulated 10 penalty points by "Gyong-go" and " Gamjeom". B. When the opposing player or coach does not follow the competition rules or the referees command, or commits a prohibited acts including improper protest C. Win by penalty is the final decision and the match shall be end regardless of the remaining rounds Overtime 1. Overtime shall be given if the 3th round ended with a tie. The team shall play one extra round for 2 minutes. 2. The overtime round does not count previous scores or penalties. 3. The team can select one player, except the lightest and heaviest weight divisions, for this match. 4. The coach shall submit the name of the player to the referee. 5. The substitute player cannot play the overtime match. Even so, it is acceptable if the substitute player played the match by replacement. Procedure of suspending the match When the match is discontinued because a player has been injured, the following acts shall be carried out by the referee. 1. The referee can command Gyesi (suspend) and command to give medical treatment to the player. 2. The medical break can last for 1 minute. 3. If the player is not back in the match after the given time, the referee shall take the following measures A. The referee shall declare 5 point Gam-jeom to the opposing player if the player injured by a penalty act. B. Give 10 points to the opposing team when the injury was caused by an effective attack. 24 UNIFYING THE WORLD WITH TAEKWONDO

25 Arbitration 1. For objecting to a referee s judgment, a director or coach can claim an arbitration to the Arbitration Committee within 10 minutes after the contest/competition. The procedure shall be progressed pursuant to the Article 27 of the Hanmadang Contest/Competition Rules. 2. A video analysis can be provided depending on the situation on the event day. In cases where the reason is not specified in the regulations, the decision can be made by the referee or the Technical Advisory Committee. 7 Taekwondo Aerobic Taekwondo aerobics refers to the Taekwondo movements composed with music and musical instruments to perform gymnastic-type movements. Competition Method: Cut-off Competition Duration: 1 minute 50 seconds to 2 minutes Uniform: Choice of top, Dobok pants, and belt Please select appropriate tops for the performance. Number of contestants: 5-9 people Compulsory Regulations 1. Designated technical movements All contestant shall perform the designated techniques together. However, acrobatic motions do not need to be performed by all contestants. A. Roundhouse Kick: 2 times B. Repeating side kick: 2 times C. Back whip kick: 2 times D. Jumping side kick: 2 times E. Tornado kick: 2 times 2. Hand movements shall follow basic taekwondo movements. 3. Kicks shall follow basic taekwondo kicks. 4. Submit your music CD(or tape) during the representative meeting or before the competition. 5. 26 Technical Regulations 1. Makeup is allowed. 2. Any items can be used in the performance, but they will not effect the scoring. Marking Criteria 1. Accuracy (4.0) A. Accuracy of movements: Accuracy of taekwondo movements B. Designated technical movements: Movements specified in the competition rules 2. Program arrangement (6.0) A. Skill (2.0): Balance between rhythm and the movements B. Expressivity (2.0): Balance between the expressions and music C. Creativeness: Creative presentation and artistic values Penalty (Deduction and Disqualification) 1. Penalties are given by the referees. 2. The regulated penalties are warning, deduction, and disqualification. A. One deduction is equal to a 0.1 point deduction. 3. Deduction is given to the following acts A. Conducting undesirable behavior. B. Interfere the judges or the staffs to proceed during the competition C. If a contestant lacks or exceeds the time, 0.3 points will be deducted for every 10 seconds. D. If the number of contestants does not meet the required limit, 3 points shall be deducted per person. E. Stepping over the boundary line results to 0.3 points deduction. F. Not performing the compulsory technical movements will deduct 0.3 points per movement. 4. Penalty points shall be deducted from the contestant s total score. 5. Disqualification is given to the following acts A. Entering the competition in the name of others Decision and Declaration of Winner 1. The winner has the highest final score. 2. In case of a tie, the contestant with the higher program arrangement score may be selected as a winner. In case of a tie again, the highest and lowest points (which were excluded) will be added to the total score to determine the winner. 3. If tied again, after applying the abovementioned article 2, the two teams will re-compete once. 4. If tied again, the 2 will be applied. If tied again after applying 2 the two contestants or teams will be announced as the co-champions. 26 UNIFYING THE WORLD WITH TAEKWONDO

27 8 Record Contest High Jump Breaking After an approach run, jump high to break the target with foot. Contest Method: Cut-Off Contest Time: 20 seconds or less Compulsory regulations 1. The contestant shall apply the desired target height before the contest. 2. The contestant cannot apply for less than 5 cm increment for his applying distance. (e.g., a contestant can not apply for 172 cm or 174 cm, but do for 180 cm or 185 cm. The gap unit shall be 5 cm.) 3. The breaking targets shall be those authorized by Organization Committee. 4. Breaking shall be done within 20 seconds after the Si-Jak" command. 5. The approach run should be shorter than 7m. Technical Regulations 1. After breaking the set target, the contestant can set a higher target. The contestant gets two chances to break the next target in addition to the initial challenge. 2. The finalist can try to make the best record, regardless of times. Penalty Regulations(warning, deduction, and disqualification) 1. Penalties are given by the referees. 2. The regulated penalties are warning, deduction, and disqualification. A. One Gyong-go (warning) is not effective. B. Two Gyong-go (warning) are equal to a 1 Gam-jeom (deduction) C. One Gam-jeom (deduction) is equal to 1.0 point deduction, and it is equal to increasing the target height by 10 cm. 3. Penalties are given to the following acts A. Giving deliberate verbal attacks or movements for disturbing other contestant s breaking B. Interfere the judges or the staffs to proceed during the competition C. Exceeding the contest time (1.0 point deduction per 10 seconds, and 1.0 point deduction is equal to increasing the target height by 10 cm) D. Referees can give deduction penalties when the abovementioned acts are repeated slightly after warning; or when the abovementioned acts are conducted deliberately and clearly after warning. 4. Penalties shall be applied only during the target breaking competition. 5. Penalty points shall be deducted from the contestants total score. 27 UNIFYING THE WORLD WITH TAEKWONDO

28 Disqualification Regulations 1. when any parts of the body above the knees touch the ground after breaking(placing hand allowed) 2. If the contestant breaks the target with an unapproved technique 3. Entering the competition in the name of others Decision and Declaration of Winner 1. The contestant is disqualified if he/she failed to break the set target. 2. The contestant s record will remain at the highest target that he/she manages to break. 3. The contestant with the highest record is declared as the winner. 4. In case of a tie, the contestants shall conduct contest once more.
