2 SPECIFIC REGULATIONS ARTICLE 1. ORGANIZATION The 111 FYEN RUNDT is organized by Cykling Odense and, Højstrupvej 9, 5200 Odense V, Denmark under the regulations of the International Cycling Union. It`s to be held on 16 June 2018 starting at hrs. ARTICLE 2. TYPE OF EVENT The event is open to athletes of categories Men Elite and Men Under 23. The event is entered on the UCI Europe Tour calendar, in category ME 1.1 held according to the regulation of UCI. In conformity with the UCI rules, points are awarded as follows: for the UCI ranking. ARTICLE 3. PARTICIPATION As per article of the UCI regulations, the event is open to the following teams: - UCI World Teams (max50%) - UCI professional continental teams. - UCI continental teams - National teams Teams must be formed of minimum 4 and maximum 6 riders. ARTICLE 4. RACE HEADQUARTERS Team representatives are requested to confirm their starters, license checkup and collect their start numbers at the race headquarter Friday 15. June from to hrs. Located at the following address: Odense Idrætspark, Højstrupvej 5, 5200 Odense V The race headquarter will open again Saturday 16 June from and hrs. to hrs. located at the following address: Munkemose near by the finish line, in the finish area. The team managers meeting, organized in accordance with article of the UCI regulations, in the presence of the Members of the Commissaries Panel, is scheduled for hrs. on Friday 10 June at Odense Idrætshal Højstrupvej 5, 5200 Odense V

3 ARTICLE 5. Program. Place for the start. Odense Center Munkemose, 5000 Odense C ARTICLE 6. RADIO-TOUR Race information will be broadcast on the following frequency: MHz, ARTICLE 7. NEUTRAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT The neutral support is taken care of by means of: 3 service cars. ARTICLE 8. FINISHING TIME LIMITS Any rider finishing in a time exceeding that of the winner by more than 5% shall not be placed. The time limit may, in exceptional circumstances, be increased by the Commissaires Panel in agreement with the organizer. ARTICLE 9. CLASSIFICATIONS The following classification will be issued: individual, hill sprint and city sprint classification. Number in the final sprint Must come to award ceremony right after passing the finish line. HILL SPRINT: There will be 3 HILL sprints. Each hill sprint will give point for number CITY SPRINT There will be 3 CITY sprints. Each city sprint will give point for number For both sprint series The rider with most point will win the completion. In case of two riders have same point, numbers of first places will decide ranking still same point the last hill sprint will decide the ranking. To be placed, riders have to fulfill the race. The winner of both series Must come to award ceremony right after passing the finish line.

4 ARTICLE 10. PRIZES The following prizes are awarded: The first 20 riders in individual classification , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,- A grand total of , - will be awarded in prize money at the event. The price money will be transferred in the coming week to the account the team had given when picking up start numbers. Price money for hill sprint No , - No No Price money for city sprint No , - No No ARTICLE 11. ANTIDOPING The UCI antidoping regulations are entirely applicable to the event. The antidoping tests will take place in - Munke Mose Allé 88, 5000 Odense C 200 m before finish line. Moreover and in conformity with the Law of Denmark, The Danish antidoping legislation (ADD) is applicable in addition to the UCI antidoping regulations. ARTICLE 12. Awards ceremony in accordance with article of the UCI rules, the following riders must attend the official awards ceremony: The winner of hill sprint competition will be announced over radio tour. The winner of city sprint competition will be announced over radio tour. And number 1, 2 and 3 in the race. The riders shall present themselves at the podium area right after crossing the finish line. ARTICLE 13. PENALTIES The UCI penalty scale is the only one applicable. ARTICLE 14.
