3 Article 1. - ORGANISATION The Vlaamse Druivencross (Flemish Grapes-Cyclo-Cross) is organized by the nonprofit association Wielerclub De Sportvrienden Overijse under UCI and KBWB Royal Belgian Cycling Association - Cycling Vlaanderen regulations. It will be run on Sunday 9 December Preident Willy Van Roy Speelberg Overijse Secretary Christine De Brouwer Ranklaan Overijse Phone & Fax Mobile Mobile de.sportvrienden@proximus.be christine.de.brouwer@skynet.be Article 2. - PARTICIPANTS The Vlaamse DruivenCross, class 1: UCI Men Elite - class 1: Women - Class Men Under 23 - Class Men Juniors and Newcomers is accessible for riders in conformity with Regulations of UCI and KBWB Royal Belgian Cycling Association - Cycling Vlaanderen. The awarded points for the UCI classification are: Men Elite and Women: U23: Juniors: The riders must obligatory wear a race number on the back and on the shoulder, on each side. Article 3. - HEADQUARTERS A - General: Located on 9 December 18 from 8 AM until ± 6 PM in Brasserie Den Tram Stationsplein 3 in 3090 Overijse. B - Meeting of the Commissaires Panel + Distribution of race numbers: In Brasserie Den Tram, Stationsplein 3, 3090 Overijse on 9 December 17: Meeting of the Commissaries Panel: from 1PM until 1.30PM Distribution of race numbers: From 8AM until 2 PM. Parking for riders with a camper is foreseen in the Molendreef and on the Stationsplein. E - Start + arrival is organised in the Newcomers start at AM Juniors start at AM 4

8 Article 5. - AWARDS CEREMONY The awards ceremony and celebration of the winners will be held on the stage, immediately after arrival of the last rider. The payment of prizes and contracts is done by KBWB- RLVB Royal Belgian Cycling Association. After a possible anti-doping test, the riders who have been invited by the organizer at the end of the race, will be expected in the VIP area, Overijse, Stationsplein, Markthallen for an interview. 9 Article 7. - PRE-REGISTRATION Is mandatory and possible until 5 December Article 8. - PRESS ROOM AND HEADQUARTERS AFTER THE RACE A press room is provided in the cafeteria of Residence Den Blijk, JP Dieudonnéstraat 3, 3090 Overijse. Article 9. - ANTI-DOPING TEST The anti-doping test station, under supervision of the UCI officials, will be situated in the Cultural Center Den Blank, Begijnhofplein 11 in Overijse (artists room). Article UCI PENALTIES AND CLASSIFICATION By participating to the Vlaamse Druivencross every rider declares having read and understood the regulations of UCI Cyclo-Cross races as well as of the KBWB Royal Belgian Cycling Association, and thus accepting all these race regulations. The scale of penalties as defined in UCI rules and regulations is the only applicable. The scale of points rewarded for the UCI classification is: Men Elite and Women: 80, 60, 40, 30, 25, 20, 17, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 and 1 U23: Juniors: Article PARKING Parking riders > SPORTHAL Heurkstraat, Stationsplein, Molendreef en Watermolenplein for campers Officials UCI, KBWB > JP Dieudonnéstraat.
