2 The race The event is open to amateurs born in 2001 and before. It is registered in Hauts-de-France regional calendar. The event is classified (opened to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and juniors categories). This race is a stage of the Hauts-de- France regional cup. The riders In accordance with FFC rules and Hauts-de-France Committee agreements with the Royal Belgian Cycling Federation (RLVB) (Belgium) and the British Cycling Federation (BCF) (Great Britain), the event is open to individual and teams : French Teams in National Division 1 French Teams in National Division 2 French Teams in National Division 3 Teams of regional or interregional selections Teams of departmental selections French clubs Teams of Belgium and Great Britain (national or regional selections or clubs) with the agreement of the National Federation. Riders should not be part of a continental or higher level team. For riders from British Cycling Federation, the race is opened to riders in the following categories : 1st, 2nd, 3rd and juniors. For riders from Royal Belgian Cycling, the race is opened to amateurs riders : Elite without contract, U23 and juniors. Only teams and riders of the Hauts-de-France committee can score points in the Hauts-de-France Regional cup. The entry fee is determined by the French Cycling Federation : 7 euros per rider. The Prix des Monts The Prix des Monts is opened to all riders, whether from Hauts-de-France or elsewhere. The prices will be awarded at the award ceremony. All details : Best climber classification by adding points on 6 hills Awarding points for each passage : 4-2 and 1 point Primes for general results: The primes The following primes are opened to all riders, whether from Hauts-de-France or elsewhere. The primes will be awarded at the award ceremony. Al details : Scratch results : 473 / 20 prix ( ) Specific results for french 3rd category riders and all juniors : 138 / 10 primes ( ). These primes could be cumulated with scratch results primes. The period may be extended in exceptional circumstances by the College of Commissaires, in consultation with the organizer. Alls riders clocked in at over 5 minutes from the main peloton must stop and leave the race. Protocol The first three of the race will appear on the podium in the 10 minutes after the finish. 4 The circuit The circuit consists of 2 laps (90,1 km and 12.2 km). The second lap is to go 3 times. The total distance is km ( x 12.2). First lap : 90,1 Km The first lap starts at Boisjean with green arrows, then red arrows and ends with blue arrows.
