3 Presidents Corner The Metro Car Show stuffing party will be on Wednesday, August 20 th and once again be at the monster garage (see directions below). We will start at 6:30. Just a reminder there isn t any facilities there, so make a pit stop before coming over. Come out and help out with this project as we have many items to be stuffed into the bags. Our Metro Car Show will be taking place on Saturday, August 23 rd from 10 to 4:00. Members are urged to get there early to help setup for the show. Plan on arriving on or before 8:00 please, this will give us two hours to setup. Note: Our Bi Monthly Dinner at Halfmoon Diner has been changed from Saturday, August 9 th to August 16 th. We will be dinning at 4:30. Directions are below. Hope to see you at the meeting. Walt Directions to our Summer Location at Pirates Hideout: The address is 175 Guideboard Road, Waterford, NY; phone number is (518) (pirateshideout.com). Directions are as follows from the Northway: Take exit 8A follow signs for Grooms Road. Turn right onto Grooms Road. At route 9 continue through the light at which time the name of the road will change to Guideboard road. Continue on this road for about ½ mile and it will be on your left next to the Stewarts Shop. Directions to Stuffing Party: The Stuffing Party for the Metro Show will once again be at Dave and Nicole Treacy s garage. I would like to thank Dave and Nicole for the use of the garage. The Stuffing Party will be on August 13 th at 6:30 see directions following: NY146 East towards Mechanicville In Mechanicville Rt. 146 becomes Rt. 4 & 32 (near Jack Byrne) At McDonalds take a right onto Park Ave. Turn left onto Main St. North Turn right at the car wash onto Rt. 67 East (at the bridge) 2 nd left hand turn after the bridge is North Linden Street (Golf Course) Turn left at next street Smith Street The garage is the first left hand driveway (behind 78 North Linden St.) Directions to Halfmoon Diner: 231 Grooms Rd, Clifton Park, NY (518) From the Northway (I-87) Take exit 8A, take ramp and follow signs for Grooms Rd (0.3 mi) Turn right onto Grooms Rd / CR-91(1.4 mi) Arrive at 231 Grooms Rd, Clifton Park, NY The last intersection is Birch Wood Dr. If you reach Grooms Rd / CR-91, you've gone too far.

5 Adirondack Shelby-Mustang Regional Club Minutes from May 7th, 2014 Meeting ASMC Secretary, Donna K. DeVoe Translated by Walt Dugan Old Business Meeting held at Pirates Hideout. Meeting called to order at 7:05 pm. Sign-in sheet was passed around. Newsletter minutes were accepted by Phil Benner & 2 nd by Al DelSignore II. Club mail and s were sent around. Steve Freed distributed the Treasurer s report for members to review. Treasurer s report beginning balance $ ending balance $. Accepted by Phil Benner & 2 nd by Ed Kepner. Car show reports were given for the upcoming shows. Metro Show looking good ready for show. We had a discussion about renting porta potties for the show. Browns Show looks good. New member cards were reviewed by Donna. Donna was not present. Guptill s Cruise will be on July 14 th. Meet at the front door at 6:00 to distribute flyers. July 10 th Cruise is at Halfmoon Town Park instead of Harbor House, members are asked to come help and to help layout for the 50 th Show. New Business Kingston Car Show July 12 th 10 to 4. We will meet at New Baltimore rest area on I 87 if anyone is interested in going. Meet at 9:00. July 13 th is the 50 th celebration at Egglefield Ford from 10 to 3 if anyone is interested in going. July 27 th is the North Country Mustang Club car show if anyone is interested in going. Trailer has arrived at garage and is being worked on for improvements by Walt and Bob Jones.
