3 Presidents Corner Wendy and Bob Brown will be doing the stuffing party for Brown s Ford Show again this year so we will not be meeting at the monster garage to do this function. The Brown s Ford Show will be held on Saturday, September 13 th Come out and help us setup and get this show underway on or before 8:00 a.m. please. This show was a huge success last year so please come and help us out. The last cruise at Harbor House will be Thursday, September 18 th. Only a few cruises left to attend. Please come out and show your support and thank you to Joe the owner of Harbor House for allowing us to do this event at his restaurant. I would like to thank all the folks who helped out at the Metro Car Show. Once again we did well with 141 vehicles in attendance. Weather was a little wet in the morning but the rest of the day was great. What an outstanding team effort putting on this show. Sure was nice to see all of you out there. Directions are as follows from the Northway: Take exit 8A follow signs for Grooms Road. Turn right onto Grooms Road. At route 9 continue through the light at which time the name of the road will change to Guideboard road. Continue on this road for about ½ mile and it will be on your left next to the Stewarts Shop.

5 Adirondack Shelby-Mustang Regional Club Minutes from June 4th, 2014 Meeting ASMC Secretary, Donna K. DeVoe Meeting came to order at 7:10pm Meeting Minutes from past meeting accepted by Phil Benner and seconded by Jim Crall. Treasurer s Report accepted by Phil Benner and seconded by Jerry Dietz. MCA Report Metro Show date is still wrong in the magazine and should be changed soon. Otherwise, no new news. Thursday night July 10, 2014 cruisin will be at the Town of Halfmoon Athletic Fields instead of at Harbor House. The Belairs will be playing at the Cruise. At the Jack Byrne Show there was a mix up with a couple trophies and we are working on a fix. July 19 th, 2014 is the 50 th Mustang Birthday Party (rain date July 20 th ). Participants will be getting commemorative plaque which will say Celebrant thanks to John Watters. It will be a Mustang Only show with an attempt to park a car from every year in sequence to show the evolution of the Mustang. A to do list is available to offer your assistance. We will purchase a cake with the ASMC 50 th Birthday Logo airbrushed on it, set up with begin around 8am and will need plenty of parking attendants and 4-5 member judges. The Belairs will be playing for this event. Walt will call the day if needed on account of rain. August 23 rd is the Metro Ford Show and plans on moving forward and we are hoping construction nears the end before the show. Food vendor has been secured and the TV has been purchased Browns Show is coming together also. John Smith mentioned that the club should send a thank you card to Callanan Industries for supplying the electronic sign that sits at the entrances. New Business: Officers pass to the floor, Al Delsignore brings up a concern of members not helping at the Harbor House Cruises on Thursday nights. 50/50 tickets sales and parking attendants are needed at every Thursday Cruise and flyer disbursement, please jump in and help, we need everyone s help to make a successful cruise. Phil mentioned 2 get well cards that were mailed to Larry Gagnon & Donna DeVoe, both of which had neck surgery. 50/50 winner co-partnered John Smith and Donna DeVoe won $17. Meeting adjourned at 8pm prior to mosquito attacks. Bi-Monthly Dinner Schedule: October 11 th ***All 4:30 P.M. *** Glenville Queen Diner MCA Information:(Al DelSignore III) As of January 2014, the MCA is no longer offering the incentive to clubs reducing the amount we pay for new MCA member applications. In the future if you want to join the MCA please register online ( or fill out the application and send it directly to them. There are many benefits to joining the MCA. Please see me for more info. If any new or old MCA members could please share your MCA numbers with us we need at least 10 active MCA member numbers for our annual report to the MCA.
