4 HYPER-LOCAL MEDIA GENERATING 170 MILLION MEDIA IMPRESSIONS IN 2015 RE/MAX INTEGRA, Midwest builds brand awareness by strategically targeting home buyers and sellers surrounding each of our offices. The 2015 advertising campaign focuses on the value of working with a RE/MAX agent - the most productive and experienced agents in the industry. m 3 Local Radio RE/MAX radio spots will run on nearly 100 local stations throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin and Indiana, this year. Our local radio presence creates ties to the community with 15 second ads read by local DJs during high-listener time slots such as weather, traffic and news. Spots may be live or recorded depending on the station. As a sponsor of Packers Radio Network, RE/MAX has an on-air presence during all Packers game-day broadcasts, home and away. Our Minnesota Twins Sponsorship includes 30-second radio spots during all Twins home game broadcasts. Spots highlight the generosity of our RE/MAX Miracle Home Agents, and the commitment they have to their communities. These programs provide great state-wide coverage and reach millions of potential consumers. Pandora Internet Radio On Pandora, 30-second RE/MAX ads, along with a complimentary visual display, will run when Pandora is accessed in zip codes located within a 5-10 mile radius of RE/MAX offices. Since Pandora is mobile, the RE/MAX messaging moves with the consumer, even as they travel outside of the office area. Digital Advertising Digital advertisements will appear on local and national websites visited by home buyers and sellers from zip codes located within a 5-10 mile radius of offices. Consumers who visit those sites, or click on a RE/MAX ad, will then be re-served RE/MAX messaging during their subsequent time online when visiting different websites. Outdoor In select markets, outdoor advertising will run on key travel routes, featuring messaging that supports the RE/ MAX brand, highlights the value of a RE/MAX agent, and drives consumers to remax.com. Local Industry Presence To help build the leadership profile of the RE/MAX network within the industry, RE/MAX INTEGRA, Midwest takes advantage of opportunities with regional industry organizations and publications such as the Wisconsin Realtors Association, Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS, and Minnesota Real Estate Agent Magazine.
