1 To All clubs as we prepare for the Annual General Meeting to be held in Cloverdale on Friday Sept 01, 2017 at 7pm, we ask that you help us to be ready. Please have your membership directors send in the most up to date Membership lists, so we can finalize our list and make sure everyone has paid up to date. Included in here is the agenda for the meeting, the number of delegates that can be assigned and a proposed schedule for next year. This is just a proposed schedule there will as always be changes to come. Make a note that to have the proper votes for your club, your president must send a written notice to BC Executive of who will be your delegates. This can be done by . As Recommeded at the Spring meeting 14. BCHA Membership Fee Increase: A discussion took place with respect to the possible need for an increase to the membership in order to keep pace with the increased costs of doing business. In particular the cost of Insurance which had increased 11.89% in the past 3 years. It was moved by Brian /seconded by that at the next AGM we as the membership to approve a $2.00 increase in the yearly membership fee. Carried As Recomemded at the Spring meeting 15. BC Championships-Minimum Added Money Requirement For Host Clubs: The Executive discussed the adequacy of the current minimum requirement in light of the declining participation. In an effort to try and attract more participants it was the concensus that the current requirement of $ was inadequate.
