18 COMPETITIONRULES ApplicationofVovinamCompetitionRulesisissuedbytheWorldVovinamFederationin ThematchesareconductedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheWVVFregulations. COMPETITORSELIGIBILITY Competitor sage Thereisnoagelimitforperformancecompetitors. Fightingcompetitorsmustbeatleast18yearold. Note:forcompetitorsunder18yearold,thesecondentrymustbecountersignedbythe parents/guardian. Competitor snationality CompetitormustholdthesamenationalityastheirNationalFederation.Competitorswillbe required to show their passport during the nationality control procedure, in order to confirmtheirnationality. Uniform AllVovinamuniformmustbeinaccordancewiththeWVVFregulations. AllVovinamuniformshallhavethenameofthecountryonly. Allcompetitorsshallcompetewithyellowbeltwithoutstripe. Allthecompetitorswillberequiredtoattendtheopening,awardingandclosingceremony invovinamuniformorofficialteamuniform. Itisexpectedthateachdelegationwillhaveitsownteamuniform. Sparringgearandweapon Vovinam Viet Vo Dao Body Armour and Helmet will be provided by the Organising Committee. Teamspreparetheirownweapons. 18

19 Healthqualification Allthecompetitorsmusthaveahealthcertificationtoensurethattheyareeligiblefor competitions. Health certification must be submitted together with national team s registrationuponarrivalatnewdelhi.iftheteamdoesnotsendthehealthcertificatesof athletes,theorganisingcommitteewillnotberesponsibleandwillnotdealwithany healthproblemsofthatsuchathleteincasethesameaffectstocompetitionresults. Insurance Itiscompulsoryforallparticipantsandmembersofdelegationstohavetheirown medical andpersonal trip insurance.the Vovinam Association of India and World Vovinam Federation assume no liability or responsibility for the lack of insurance from participantsandmembersofdelegations. Headofdelegationsmustsigntheenclosedtermofresponsibility(seeformattheendof thisdocument)andreturnitby before30june 2017totheVovinamAssociationof India. DRAWING Thedrawwillbeheldimmediatelyafterthedelegationmeetingunderthecontroland observationofthewvvf.eachnationalfederationmustsendadelegatetoattendthe draw,amaximumof2delegatesshallbeauthorised.
