16 Team Managers in 200m Race 1 to 6 will be involved in the Opening Ceremony Time 8.55am 9.00am Activity Teams in the Singapore Premier Women s Heat 3 and Singapore Premier Open Heat 3 to be in their boats for Eye Dotting Ceremony. Total 12 boats. NB: All other boats in Heats 1 & 2 would have moved to starting point area Guests of Honour arrive and are escorted to launch pontoon. 9.05am Drummers to start the drumming GOHs dot the eyes of the dragons of all 12 boats. 9.25am GOHs are escorted to Viewing Point. All 12 boats proceed to starting pontoon. 9.30am Racing begins!!

20 A Welcome Ceremony for the Guest-of-Honour DPM Teo Chee Hean Will involve 11xDB22 standard boats WILL INVOLVED THE 6 FINALISTS FROM SINGAPORE PREMIER OPEN GRAND FINAL 5.20pm - All Sail Past Teams report to Boat Marshalling 5.45pm All 11 big boats to proceed to start position for the Sail Pass (at the 200m mark from Finish) Line for the Sail Pass as follows: 1 st row 1 standard boat bearing Singapore flags 2 nd row Lanes 1 and 5 bearing DBS banners Lanes 2 to 4 bearing country flags 3 rd row Lanes 1 and 5 bearing DBS banners Lanes 2 to 4 bearing country flags 6.05pm - Sail Pass to begin to the music of The Royal Marine s Live On The Ocean Wave. The 1 st boat leads. Slow paddle towards the Finish Line. With GOH & party alongside on the right, hold water and paddle salute. After paddle salute, proceed to cross the Finish Line and return to launching pontoon for disembarkation.

21 DAY 1 SATURDAY 17 th May 2014 Prize presentation for all 200m categories will be given at 5.30pm, according to the Race Programme All finalist teams to proceed to Main Stage at Promontory as soon as they disembark at launching pontoon, for the Prize Presentation. ONLY the Team Manager needs to go up to receive the prize. If the Team Manager or a representative of the Team is not present at the time the prize is being given, then there will be someone who will receive the prize on the Team s behalf.

22 DAY 2 SUNDAY 18 TH MAY 2014 Prize presentation for the 500m categories will be carried out in 2 segments as follows: 5.30pm Tertiary Open & Tertiary Women Singapore Premier Open & Singapore Premier Women All Finalists teams to be at the main stage by 6.30pm 7.05pm Combined prize presentation for Overall & 500m Winners for: International Corporate Open & International Corporate Women International Premier Open & International Premier Women All Finalists teams to be at the main stage by 6.30pm If the Team Manager or a representative of the Team is not present at the time the prize is being given, then there will be someone who will receive the prize on the Team s behalf.
