CVPA Jeannette Rossling Metrics: We have 782 volunteers currently registered for MY have cleared background check, 57 are youth volunteers, 8 are in the process of clearing, 8 have not completed their Volunteer Verification Form, 7 have chosen not to volunteer, one has orange restricted volunteer status, and 3 has been red flagged. 17 volunteers have not E-signed their application. At this time in MY17 we had 889 volunteers registered. (1 st year BS registration) At this time in MY16 we had 826 volunteers registered. (EAYSO registration) Having several issues with Blue Sombrero with the new registration E-signature & Background check issues due to volunteers registering for secondary position. Apple devices are currently not compatible with Blue Sombrero. 88.2% have completed Safe Haven (690 out of 782 volunteers) 85.7% have completed CDC Concussion Training (670 out of 782 volunteers)

5 SAFE HAVEN MUST have been taken within the last two years by Section 10*. Concussion Awareness MUST to be taken within the last two years by Section 10*. Concussion Awareness MUST be taken by all Coaches as of 1/1/17 California State Law. August 1, 2016 is the latest date for trainings to be valid for MY18. Based on the history with Strawberry Cup, we decided to use the website for Camarillo Cup for 2018 and the only feedback I heard was positive Due to the challenges in 2017 with Blue Sombrero, we decided to use TeamScoring.com to provide the schedules and scoring for 2018 Core The product delivered by TeamScoring.com far exceeded my expectations as they built out the referee and parent points specifically for our Region For calendar year 2019, I propose that we use TeamScoring.com for all of the scheduling and scoring that is published from our Region since the comparison to Blue Sombrero is not even close. Listed below are 2 proposals for your consideration. See Board Report for detailed information. Note: For all events except for Spring, up to four (4) advertisements can be placed on the TeamScoring.com website which can be used to offset or pay the entire cost of TeamScoring.com Dan Johnston makes a motion to accept proposal #1 & move forward with using TeamScoring.com up to $2600/per year for up to 2 years. David Masci seconds the motion. Jeannette & Brian Rossling abstain. All else in favor. Motion passes. United Dan Johnston Teams continue to do well.
