3 3 Introduction to Rostov-on-Don Rostov-on-Don is a large administrative, cultural, scientific, educational, and industrial center and the principal transport hub in the South of Russia. Unofficially, Rostov-on-Don is called the Gateway to the Caucasus and the southern capital of Russia. Currently, Rostov-on-Don is one of the largest and populous cities in Russia. 18 18 8. Free ride procedures In order to get a free ride, it is necessary to have FAN-ID and ticket or document, entitled to get a match ticket, which must be presented to transport operator.
