1 AccorHotels Ultimate Events Victoria and South Australia GAME OF CHANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions. Entries not made in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Section 1: Promotion 1. Promotion: Le Club AccorHotels Meeting Planner members who book an event between 16 November 2015 and 1 November 2016 at any participating hotel (see condition 7) in Australia (the event must be held on or before 31 December 2016) with a minimum $5,000 contracted catering spend will be eligible to enter the applicable draw ( eligible entrant ). There will be twenty (20) prizes awarded in this promotion. To be eligible to enter entrants must be able to accept the prize as stated, on the dates included in condition 10, if they are a winner. If the winner is unable to accept the prize as indicated, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. All Le Club AccorHotels Meeting Planner members or event bookers who book a qualifying event at a participating property, with a minimum contracted catering (food and beverage) spend of $5, will receive an entry/entries in the applicable draw. Number of entries in the draw will be determined by the event spend as following; a) Spend $ 5,000 > $ 9,999 = 1 Entry into prize draw Entry applicable to contract signee only. b) Spend $10,000 > $14,999 = 2 Entries into prize draw c) Spend $15,000 > $19,999 = 3 Entries into prize draw d) Spend $20,000 > $24,999 = 4 Entries into prize draw e) Spend $25,000 > $30,000 = 5 Entries into prize draw 2. Promoter: AAPC Limited (ABN ) of Level 30, Angel Place, 123 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW, Promotion Period: The Promotion will commence at 12.01am (AEDT) on 16 November 2015 and will close AEDT on 1 November All times recorded throughout these terms and conditions are in Australian Eastern Daylight Time. Section 2: Eligibility 4. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the Promotion, the entrant must: a. be above 18 years of age; and b. be an Australian resident; and c. be a Le Club AccorHotels Meeting Planner Member at the time of booking an event (free membership is available at or at any Accor hotel); and d. must complete an eligible booking as outlined in Section 1 5. Non-Eligibility: Entrants are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win any Prize if they are a director or manager, an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter, or an employee of their agencies associated with the Promotion. 6. Further, any personal information or contact details entered incorrectly on the booking or any subsequent cancellation of the booking before the conclusion of the promotion shall deem the entry as invalid. Section 3: Entry to the Promotion

When an entrant books an event between 16 November 2015 and 1 November 2016 at any participating hotel (see below) for an event to be held on or before 31 December 2016; with a minimum contracted catering (food and beverage) spend of $5,000.00, the entrant will be eligible to enter the Promotion. Entries will be tracked and managed by the Promoter. To enter to win the prize, entrants must comply with the following during the Promotion Period: a. Be a Le Club AccorHotels Meeting Planner Member at the time of booking an event; and b. Book an event between 16 November 2015 and 1 November 2016 at any participating hotel (see below) (event must be held on or before 31 December 2016); and c. Draw: A representative of the Promoter will conduct the draws from all eligible entries received during the applicable draw period at 2:00pm (AEDT) at MDSA, 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 on the dates included in the table beow. Entries will only be eligible to be entered in one draw. The Prize Winner/s will be selected at random from a computer-generated listing of entries that comply with Section 2 and 3 of these terms and conditions over the Draw Period. The first eligible entry drawn will receive Prize 1 and, where applicable, the second eligible entry drawn will receive Prize 2. Prize Value: The total value of all Prizes is valued at a maximum $40,530.

6 12. Prize Conditions: The Prizes are subject to the following conditions: a. No exchange of Prize: The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. If for any reason, the Prize Winner cannot take any component of the Prize and he/she does not wish to transfer the Prize, then the Prize will be forfeited; b. Ancillary Costs: All transport, meals, beverages, spending money, insurances, service charges, transfers and ancillary costs are not included in the Prize unless specified and is the responsibility of the Prize Winner. If for any reason the winner does not take an element of the prize during the stated period, and on the conditions stipulated by the Promoter (and those of any prize supplier), then that element of the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. Bookings will be made by the Promoter. c. Taxes: If the Prize or receipt of it incurs a tax liability, each Prize Winner is liable for payment of such tax. d. A Winner & their companion must be over the age of 18. e. The Prize winner and their companion must accept the Prize on the same date & time. f. Airport taxes and government levies must be paid by the winner at the time of them booking if applicable. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. In the event that a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, where practical, to offer alternative Prize arrangements. Once a Prize has been confirmed by the Prize Provider/s changes are not permitted. Section 6: Prize Winner 13. Contact: The Promoter will contact the Prize Winner in writing by and telephone within 2 business days of the applicable draw to confirm their eligibility under these terms and conditions and to confirm whether the Prize Winner wishes to claim their Prize. The winner will be published on accorconferences.com.au on the dates outlined in the table included in clause Claim of Prize: If a Prize Winner wishes to claim the Prize, they must confirm this fact and their eligibility to win under these terms and conditions by 5.00pm AEST/AEDT 3 months from the date of the draw, or for an event based/or date sensitive prize, one week after the date of the draw. If the Prize Winner fails to do so by the deadline, the Prize Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize. 15. Unclaimed Prize Draw: For an unclaimed or forfeited prize, the Promoter will conduct a re-draw of the entries to determine the winner/s during the applicable Draw Period, at the same time and location as the original draw three months and two weeks after the date of the original draw, except where the prize is event based/or date sensitive and the re-draw will be conducted one week and one business day from the date of the applicable Draw, as outlined in the table below; Any re-draw winner/s will be notified by phone and in writing by and published on accorconferences.com.au within 2 business days of the re-draw. Lost, Delayed Communication: The Promoter will not be responsible for any delayed, lost or misdirected mail or any other communication. 18. Release: To the fullest extent permissible by law, each entrant in the Promotion including without limitation the Prize Winner, releases the Promoter from any claim, loss, damage, expense (including any claim for legal expenses), cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred by such entrants in connection with the Prize or Prize Winner s participation in the Promotion. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential and economic loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, the promotion of this Promotion, or the use of any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any unauthorised intervention, or any combination thereof, including any non-delivery or corruption of entries to the Promoter, injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this Promotion. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. 19. Force Majeure: The Promoter will not be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay by the Promoter that is due to an act of God, riots, acts of terrorism, storms, fire, any labour or industrial dispute, any strike, and other acts, which are not reasonably within the control of the Promoter. 20. Disputes: In the event of a dispute, the competition result or any other decisions the Promoter makes in connection with the Promotion the Promoter s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 21. Privacy Notice: During the course of the Promotion, the Promoter may collect personal information in relation to entrants. This may include, but is not limited to, the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the entrants, provided by the entrant on an online enquiry form, registration form or when paying for services provided by the participating Hotel/s. The entrant's personal information is collected so the Promoter is able to conduct the Promotion and to contact and award the Prize to the Prize Winner, to publish the results of the Promotion and to publicise the Promotion. 22. Consent to use of Personal Information for Marketing Purposes: Furthermore, by entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the retention and use of the information collected pursuant to Clause 21 by the Promoter, which trades as Accor Asia Pacific and the Accor Group. For details about who we are, how we may use your information and what your rights are under the new privacy laws, please see our Privacy Policy, which is available from the Promoter at the address provided in Section 1, Clause 2 or online at Uses may include future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant, or distribution of marketing materials for goods or services in the tourism, hospitality and services industries from the Accor Group or from companies in the tourism and hospitality industry in which the Promoter holds shares. 23. The Event cannot be Catering Only or a Wedding Contract and must be held on or before 31 December Eligible entrants can sign up for free Le Club AccorHotels Meeting Planner membership at or at any Accor hotel before confirming your event. You must mention The Promotion at the start of the negotiation with the Participating Property for the Qualifying Event. It is not valid with any room blocks or Qualifying Events booked, under negotiation, or that occurred prior to 16 November The Promotion may not be combined with any other offers, incentives, discounts or promotions. The Promotion is subject to availability of guest rooms and meeting facilities at time of booking. The

8 Promotion is valid on Qualifying Events booked through travel agents and third parties at commissionable room rates, provided that a Qualifying Event Agreement is signed between the Customer and the Participating Property. The Le Club AccorHotels Meeting Planner member must provide their Le Club AccorHotels Member number in the agreement for the Qualifying Event or to the applicable Participating Property at the time of booking to be eligible for entry. The number of Le Club AccorHotels points earned is calculated based on the total bill amount excluding applicable taxes and excluding any subcontracted services (equipment rental, activities etc.), personnel costs (catering assistances, technicians etc) and extras paid directly by the participants of the Qualifying Event (mini bar, telephone charges etc). The point earn rate is 1 point for every EUR2 eligible spent at Participating Properties. The Meeting Planner undertakes to ensure that they are able to take part in this Promotion in view of the professional and ethical rules in force at their company and declares and guarantees to Accor, its subsidiaries and its holding companies, partners and directors that they have informed their employer, their principles and/or client of their participation in the Promotion and of the allocation of personal benefits granted under this Promotion. If requested, the Meeting Planner undertakes to provide evidence of this. If no evidence is provided, Accor reserves the right to cancel participation in the Promotion. Accor does not take any responsibility for the Meeting Planner or its company not complying with the terms of this Promotion. Le Club AccorHotels Meeting Planner points are credited by the Participating Property to the member s account within 48 hours of receipt of final event invoice. The Le Club AccorHotels Program terms and conditions (visit apply to the Meeting Planner s use of Le Club AccorHotels points awarded under the promotion. The Le Club AccorHotels Meeting Planner Terms & Conditions apply in addition to these promotion terms (available at To the extent of a conflict with the Le Club AccorHotels Meeting Planner Terms & Conditions, these Promotion terms and conditions prevail. Le Club AccorHotels Points will not be awarded on complimentary or barter rooms and meetings. If the Qualifying Event is not paid for in accordance with the Qualifying Event Agreement or is cancelled, the Meeting Planner will not be entitled to any benefits under this Promotion.
