PRE ENTRY AND DRAWN ORDER RULES APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING CLASS NUMBERS: 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35. Entries may be possible for these classes on the day, before 8.30am, provided that pre entries for each class are less than 60. Entries on the day must compete first in the drawn order. Once entries reach 60 before 8.30am the class will be closed. Refund of Entry and Stable Fees Refunds will only be in accordance with British Show Jumping Rule Any cancellations made after the close of Entry will be charged the full rate for any Stable Booking. Entries to: To contact the secretary for more information please call Stable Bookings- Bookings close 11 th May. Stables are available from 11am on THE FIRST DAY OF HIRE. NO ARRIVALS AFTER 9PM. Charge for the duration of the event: 65 We will have both permanent and temporary stables available on site, straw is included. Shavings will be charged at 7.50 per bale. Please advise on booking. A 20 deposit per stable will be required on arrival. This will be refunded when you leave providing your stable is left clean and un-damaged. Any damages will be charged for. We have limited electrical hook up available, which will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Charge for the duration of the event: 50 WiFi is available around the site for competitors to use. Once bookings have been confirmed you will be sent an information pack, with important information about your stay. Please bring this pack with you to the event.
