RULES & REGULATIONS FOR 2008 ENTRIES ONLY ACCEPTED AFTER CLOSING DATE OR ON DAY IF SPACE AVAILABLE. Late entry fee 2 per horse per class. All entries before 1pm if available on day. Classes will be CLOSED when full. All Entries must be correct on the Entry Form, with BSJA numbers or will not be accepted. All entry fees to be correct, cheques with Bank card. Any returned cheque will be charged 20 to cover bank charges & admin. Only cancelled entries received in writing before 6pm two days before the show will be refunded subject to a 50% administration charge as BSJA rule No entries refunded after this date or during show under any circumstances. If Show is cancelled entries refunded subject to 20% administration charge. ANY CLASS JUMPED AND NOT ENTERED FOR WILL INCUR 5 SURCHARGE PER ENTRY. All Riders, Owners, Horses, Ponies must be registered with the B.S.J.A. The Organisers and Judges decision is Final, and reserve the right to Refuse an Entry /alter Classes Any Person misbehaving for any reason will be escorted from the Showground ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEAD, & NOT ALLOWED IN THE ARENAS AT ANYTIME. Any Objections to be made to the Secretary, in writing, with a deposit of 100 Lower prizes may be withheld if insufficient entries, by BSJA Rule 76.6 Prize Money awarded at the show. Horses are not allowed to be tied to horseboxes on showground. Do not muck out horseboxes on showground. RIDERS ARE STATING THAT THEY ARE FIT TO RIDE BY MAKING AN ENTRY. **The Organisers accept no liability for any accidents, loss, etc. to anyone on the Showground **Health & Safety: The Organisers take reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of all people and horses present. Everyone must also take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must follow the instructions of the Organisers, Judges, Stewards and the B.S.J.A. Spectators should avoid the horse areas, especially those with small children. Rule No member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete, in any showjumping competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members of the public are not put at risk of injury.
