September 2, the IPE begins in Armstrong and, in the past, Directors have requested that the meeting be scheduled to an earlier time in the day to allow attendance at the opening ceremonies. Staff recommend that consideration be given to move the start time of the September 2, 2015 Board of Directors meeting to 1:00pm. 2. Regional Growth Management Advisory Committee -meetings are held at 1 :30 pm the same day as the Board of Directors. This has proven problematic in the past when a Committee of the Whole meeting is required. Staff recommend that consideration be given to move the Regional Growth Management Advisory Committee Meetings to an alternate date/time. Page 5 of 6
