4 ORGANIZER COMITTEE REGULATIONS ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT ARTICLE 2º LAS AMERICAS INTERNATIONAL COLOMBIA OPEN st tournament, Will take place in the city of Cali, in the Coliseo Mundialista de Hockey, Carrera 39 Calle 9 Esquina in Cali- Colombia, from July 30th August 2th, 2015 and Camp Training August 3th-August 5 th 2015, under the management of the Colombian Taekwondo Federation and the Pan-American Taekwondo Union; The tournament will be ruled 100% by the current regulation of the Colombian Taekwondo Federation and the World Taekwondo Federation (W. T. F.) ARTICLE 2º The General Management of the event will be in charge and supported by the PAN- AMERICAN TAEKWONDO UNION AND COLOMBIAN TAEKWONDO FEDERATION. ARTICLE 3º All international Taekwondo teams, national taekwondo country leagues and clubs are invited. For the participant leagues this event is a scored event for the Year PARTICIPATION ARTICLE 4º Competitors from the children s, Cadet, Junior, senior, beginners, advanced and black category, will be able to participate in the event, as long as they are in good standing under any concept by any concept with the treasury department of the organization. Competitors must be dully registered by their respective delegation; Competitors must show up with their original ID and be registered in a Health Institution (EPS). Paragraph: In order that in a category of any modality exits an official competition and scoring, at least 4 competitors or teams of different leagues must compete.

8 Paragraph: For the general scoring that will be recorded by wined combat, which include the Bye, and by registered competitor that pass the weighing and the medal scoring. Gold medal: 7 points Silver medal: 3 points Bronce medal: 1 point Registered competitor 1 point Winned combato r round 1 point NATIONAL RANKING POINTS The points for the National ranking will be distributed as follows: GOLD MEDAL: 100 POINTS SILVER MEDAL: 49 POINTS BRONCE MEDAL: 20 POINTS FIFTH POSITION: 3 POINTS CLAIMS ARTICLE 11º The claims by irregular registrations or by any other violations to the regulation will be solved by the penalty court of the event. The claims by competition decisions will be solved by the appeal court. This claims must be presented in writing as a suit by the interested delegate only, clearly specifying the base of the suit, maximum in a period of 10 days after the end of the event and also attaching the amount US$50 (fifty dollars), to the treasury department of the Competition, This money will be returned if the suit is wined and the decision is changed ARTICLE 12º The appeal procedure for a decision will be stipulated in the regulations of the W. T. F. GENERALREGULATIONS ARTICLE 13º The technical congress will be led by the event management and will be held on July 30 th 2015 at 14:00 Hours in the installations of Coliseo Mundialista de Hockey, Carrera 39 Calle 9 Esquina Cali- Colombia, with the following schedule: Competitor s assistance registry and credentials checkup. ARTICLE 14º The program of the event will be made by the General Direction and presented to the technical congress for its straight compliance.

9 ARTÍCLE 15º Each delegation will assume all the air or road fares, internal transportation, food, hotel, registration and any other expenses that the participation in the competition demands. ARTICLE 16º Every delegation must wear the uniform, along with the necessary and mandatory implementation. (Dobok and protectors) ARTICLE 17º The rules that are not contemplated in this regulation will be solved by the General Management, according to the rules of the regulation of the W.T.F. ARTICLE 18º This regulation can only be modified by the General Management of the Competition and will be in force since the issuance date.
