PERRY STADIUM INFORMATION (Football) Surface: Game Time: Workouts/Special Services: Dressing Rooms: Parking: Officials: Officials' Dressing Room: Field Turf 12:00pm, 3:30pm, & 7:00, Eastern Time Visiting teams may arrange workouts by contacting Steve Messenger, who can be reached during nonoffice hours, at Prompt completion and return of the visiting team worksheet form should facilitate most arrangements. The visiting team dressing room is located in the South end under the East side stands with direct access to the field. Towels, ice, drinks, and a key to your locker room will be supplied. Equipment may be stored overnight by prior request; however, the BGSU Athletic Department will not be responsible for any missing items. Team buses and equipment trucks will park at the Southeast corner of the Stadium for practice and for the game. Arrangements for other vehicles accompanying the team buses are to be made in advance with Ben Spence (NOTE: cars for coaches, additional staff, etc. are not permitted to park in either Lot L or the team bus area). Officials for home games are assigned by the Commissioner of the Mid-American Conference. Unless noted otherwise by game contract. Officials are requested to report to the stadium two and one half hours before game time per Mid-American Conference regulations. The officials' dressing room is located on the first floor of the Sebo Athletic Center. An attendant will be on duty for assistance. Entrance to the locker 8
9 room can best be reached via the main entrance of the Sebo Center. Officials are asked to park in Lot L. Rules: Uniforms: Football: Bench Area: Phones: NCAA Division I-A and MAC rules shall apply. Bowling Green's home uniform is orange shirts with white numerals and white or orange pants. Bowling Green uses the Wilson GST football. Visiting teams will have their bench on the EAST side of the field with field phones to the Press Box. BGSU offers 8 pair RJ-11 jacks, bare wire connections, and/or cannon plugs. Bench Passes: Per NCAA regulations, a maximum of sixty (60) sideline passes are to be used for non-uniformed personnel. Visiting Team Tickets: Press Arrangements: Reserve seat tickets located in Section 10 (East Comps/Will Call) will be sent to each visiting team. Tickets to sell and Visiting team "will call" tickets can be handled by the BGSU Ticket Manager, (419) , who will call on the visiting team ticket personnel for assistance when needed. The "will call" booth is located on the East side of the Stadium (GATE 9) and the procedure followed for admission of those using team "will call" tickets will be that conforming to NCAA and MAC regulations. Contact the Director of Athletic Communication, (419) Bands: Contact Marketing and Promotions Office, (419) by August 1, if you plan to bring your band. Entry is via GATE 14 at the Southwest corner of the stadium. 9
10 Cheerleaders/Mascots: Medical: Police Escort: Cheerleaders and mascots will be required to observe the safety policies adopted by BGSU. Cheer team will enter (in uniform) via GATE 12, at the southeast corner of the stadium and position themselves on the southeast sideline. Only the official school mascot will be admitted with the cheer team. In addition to a BGSU Athletic Training Staff member, a team physician will be present at all home contests. BGSU University Police WILL NOT provide an escort on game day from your hotel to the stadium. 10

Assigned by the Ohio College Referee Association. Officials will dress in the locker room located on the 1 st floor of the Sebo Athletic Center. NCAA Division I rules shall apply. BGSU Women s Soccer (non conference games) will wear WHITE jerseys, orange or black or white shorts, and white or orange socks at home. Conference Games: BGSU will wear light uniforms on Friday/Saturday and the visitor will wear dark. On Sunday, BGSU will wear the dark uniforms and the visitors will wear the light uniforms. BGSU Men s Soccer will wear ORANGE jerseys, white shorts and white socks at home. (Conference and Non- Conference Games) Game Ball: Ball Kids: Bench Area: The men s game ball is adidas. The women s game ball is adidas. BGSU will provide 2 game balls for warm-ups. Four to six youth soccer players from various youth soccer teams throughout Northwest Ohio, ages 10 and older will serve as ball kids during the games. The visiting team will be seated on the bench south of the scorer's table. 13

Drinks will be supplied after the game. Assigned by the Mid-American Conference Office or as specified in the contract. Officials will be located in the second floor locker room Room number 201. NCAA Division I and MAC rules shall apply. BGSU will wear white uniforms at home. The game ball is a adidas. Six practice balls will be provided for warm-ups. The visiting team will be seated on the bench south of the scorer's table to the right as you exit the tunnel. Sixty (60) Reserved Seat tickets located behind the visiting team bench in section R and an upper section will be held for each visiting team. These tickets will be issued per the procedure detailed below. 17

Only the official school mascot and six (6) cheerleaders will be admitted. Halftime will be fifteen (15) minutes in duration. Visiting team bus will park on the drive north of the arena. Game officials are to park in Lot N, East of Memorial Hall (off Ridge Street). *** For Games Played at Anderson Arena Please Read *** The Mid-American Conference has mandated that for the season teams leaving the floor in Anderson Arena must do so on a team by team basis. This protocol is similar to what the Central Collegiate Hockey Association implements with teams exiting one at a time. Therefore, at the conclusion of the first half, the visiting team will depart the floor followed by BGSU. Be prepared for BGSU game management and/or game officials to step out onto the court and direct you back into your locker room. Please keep in mind that this protocol will not hinder your team in any way nor should it affect your ability to have the full 15-minute halftime. Your cooperation is appreciated. 18

Entry via the Northeast corner door or the East driveway next to the tennis courts. Fifty (50) towels and thirty (30) pucks will be provided for each game and practice. Each item is to be returned immediately after use. Ice, gum, and soft drinks will be supplied at the end of each period. Please provide your own skate sharpening equipment. Officials for home games are assigned by the CCHA. Officials will dress in the locker room just off the East corridor room #163. Located directly across from the team locker rooms. NCAA Division I rules apply. BGSU will wear white uniforms at home. The visiting team bench and penalty box will be to the NORTH end of the rink. 24

If the field needs additional work due to inclement weather, we will only use the cages. Defensive warm-ups will start when announced over the P.A. System. The announcer will announce when you have 1 minute remaining. There will be a 20 minute break in between games. 28
