Averaged 18.9 points as senior for 28-1 state runnerup team. Averaged 14.3 points as junior for 17-6 sectional champions. 1 st team all-state in basketball, football and baseball, he was drafted by the New York Mets in the 1994 MLB Draft and pursued baseball. He played four seasons in the minor leagues before being killed in a car accident. AARON BROWN KNIGHTSTOWN 1992 and 1994 Henry County Player of the Year and st team small school all-state. Graduated as KHS 2 nd all-time leading scorer with 1,469 points after averaging 25.7 points and 13.1 rebounds as senior, 18.6 points and 10.0 rebounds as junior and 18.0 points and 8.6 rebounds as a sophomore. He earned all-sectional honors three times. Playing in 74 games in four seasons at Central Michigan University, he totaled 690 career points (9.3 ppg), averaging a career-best 11.3 points as a senior. As a sophomore, he was 4 th in the nation in NCAA Division I basketball shooting 49% 3FG and received the AT&T Long Distance Award in January 1996, leading the nation with 68% 3FG for that month. Employed with Coca-Cola and Forgotten Children Worldwide, since 2016 he is National Director of Operations for Destiny Rescue in North Webster. He resides in Fort Wayne. DAMON COBB EVANSVILLE MEMORIAL Bloomington Herald Times 1 st team all-state, AP high honorable mention all-state, IBCA honorable mention all-state, the 1993 & 1994 Evansville Player of the Year and 1993 & 1994 Area Player of the Year. Graduated as 2 nd leading scorer in Memorial history and all-time steals leader after averaging 24.1 points and 7 rebounds as a senior for 14-7 SIAC regular season champs and 18 points and 5.4 rebounds as a junior for 18-6 sectional champions and hitting over 40% on 3FGs his three varsity seasons. Four-year regular at UAB, setting the school freshman scoring record, 1 st team freshman all-conference, graduating as UAB s #2 in career steals, 10 th all-time leading scorer, 3 rd in career 3FG made and UAB record for consecutive FTs made and the all-time Conference USA leader in steals. Averaged 11 ppg as senior, 9.4 as junior and 9.5 as sophomore on teams that made two NIT Tournaments and 1998 NCAA Tournament. A recipient of the Conference USA Academic Medal of Honor and Scholar Athlete of the Year for four consecutive years, he was an Academic All- American, recipient of one of five NCAA post graduate scholarships and earned a medical degree. An OBGYN, he is in private practice in San Diego, California, where he resides. SCOTT COMBS PAOLI 1994 Indiana All-Star, AP 1 st team all-state, Bloomington Herald Times 1 st team all-state, Indianapolis News 1 st team all-state, IBCA 2 nd team all-state, after earning AP, IBCA, Herald Times and Indianapolis News all-state honors as a junior. Graduated as Paoli career scoring leader with 1,958 points, averaging 21.5 as senior, 20.1 as junior and 19.6 as sophomore for teams that won three consecutive regionals. He was named MVP of the HOF Classic, leading scorer in the IN-KY All- Star series, and a Street & Smith s All-American. Played in 117 games in two seasons at University of Missouri and two years at Austin Peay State University, averaging 8.7 points and 6.2 rebounds as a senior. From , he was an assistant coach at Austin Peay and was head coach of Martin Methodist College (NAIA Division I) from , where his teams were , making three national tournament appearances. He is in his first season as assistant coach at Morehead State University. He was also a coach of the 2016 USA U19 men s basketball team that won silver medal at the United World Games in Austria. 2 TIGE DARNER ANDERSON HIGHLAND 1994 Indiana All-Star. AP 2 nd team all-state, IBCA 3 rd team all-state, Bloomington Herald Times 1 st team all-state and Indianapolis News 2 nd team all-state. Averaged 25.5 points and 5.7 rebounds as senior, setting school single-season FT made record (143) and averaging 12.3 points and 6.1 rebounds as a junior and graduating with 963 career points. Named 1994 Madison County Player of the Year, Indianapolis all-metro 1 st team, Street & Smith s honorable mention All- American, Olympic Conference MVP and recipient of the John Wooden Indiana All-Star Citizenship Award. Played in 114 career games (started 100) at Appalachian State University, totaling 1,278 points (11.2 ppg) and tying the school single-game record with 8 3FG made and among career leaders in games, single-game points (30), career 3FG made (170), career 3FG attempts (436), season 3FG% (45.5%) and career 3FG% (38.99%). He is one of only two players in Appalachian State history to record more than 1,250 points, 450 career rebounds and 200 assists. After earning a degree in accounting and attaining CPA status, he is CFO of Tar Heel Capital Corporation, one of the largest Wendy s franchisees in the country. He resides in Boone, North Carolina. SEAN DAUGHERTY VINCENNES LINCOLN 1994 Indiana All-Star. AP 2 nd team all-state, IBCA 1 st team all-state, Bloomington Herald Times 1 st team all-state, and Indianapolis News 2 nd team all-state. He received multiple all-state honors as a sophomore, junior and senior. Averaged 18.7 points and 10 rebounds as a senior for 21-5 sectional and Big Eight Conference champions, 23.1 points and 10.8 rebounds as junior on 15-8 team and 19.0 points and 7.4 rebounds as sophomore for 20-3 regional and conference champions. Earned 1994 academic all-state honors, named to Derby Classic and Illiana Roundball Classic, graduating with 1,391 career points. Played in 117 games at the University of Wisconsin, totaling 1,057 points, 644 rebounds, setting the school record with 227 offensive rebounds and graduating as the 7 th player in Badgers history with over 1,000 points and 600 rebounds. He played professionally for 15 years in Turkey, France, Croatia and the United States and participated in camps with the NBA Minnesota Timberwolves and Sacramento Kings. Employed with medical firms since 2004, he is currently Division President with Hologic Surgical. He resides in Brookfield, Wisconsin. BRYCE DREW VALPARAISO 1994 Mr. Basketball and Indiana All-Star. Consensus 1 st team all-state, Gatorade Indiana Player of the Year and Trester Award winner, averaging 24.7 points for 28-1 state runner-up team. Averaged 17.3 points as junior for 17-6 sectional champs, 15.2 as sophomore and 10.2 as freshman to total 1,577 career points 2 nd best in Valparaiso H.S. history. Participated in Derby Classic and KFC Game in Georgia. Graduated as career scoring leader in Valparaiso University history with 2,142 points and 626 assists, as a rd team All-American, two-time Mid-Continent Conference Player of the Year, three time 1 st team all-conference, three-time conference tournament MVP and two-time Mid-Continent All-Academic team. Led the Mid-Con in scoring, assists, FT% 3FG and 3FG% two seasons. Known for The Shot to defeat Ole Miss in 1998 NCAA Tournament, it was ranked the #5 sports moment of 1998 by Sports Illustrated and Valpo would advance to the Sweet 16. Was 16 th pick in 1998 NBA Draft, playing in 243 games in six seasons with Houston, Chicago and Charlotte/New Orleans, recording 1,081 points and 524 assists. Assistant coach at Valparaiso University from , he was head coach of the Crusaders from , earning three Horizon League Coach of the Year honors and twice being named NABC District Coach of the Year. 3 BRIEN HANLEY JEFFERSONVILLE 1994 Indiana All-Star, AP 1 st team all-state, Bloomington Herald 1 st team all-state and Indianapolis News 1 st team all-state. Earned numerous all-state honors as a junior as state finals MVP on 1993 state championship team. Averaged 19.8 points as senior for 22-3 sectional champions, 18.2 points as junior for 29-2 state champions, 7.0 points as sophomore for 24-3 state finalists and 5.0 points as freshman on 21-4 regional champions. In 108 career games, totaled 1,377 points (12.8ppg), 523 rebounds (4.8 rpg) and 463 assists (4.3 apg) for the Red Devils. Attended Xavier University for one season, before pursuing football at Coffeyville Community College (KS) and Kansas State University, as a member of the Wildcats 1997 Fiesta Bowl champions, 1998 honorable mention all-big 12 and a starter on the only Kansas State team to reach #1 ranking in the nation. He is currently a senior loan consultant for Caliber Home Loans in Irving, Texas and resides in Frisco, Texas. SHANE MILLER BLOOMFIELD 1994 Indiana All-Star, AP 3 rd team all-state, IBCA 2 nd team all-state and Bloomington Herald Times 1 st team all-state. Averaged 28.2 points as a senior for 19-7 regional champions who lost to New Albany in the final game of semi-state, averaged 20.6 points as junior for 16-6 team and averaged 15.4 points as sophomore on 14-8 squad. Totaled 1,476 career points (19.7 ppg) and was named SWIAC all-conference three years. Played in 76 career games for Fairfield University, with 759 career points (10.0 ppg) and hitting 43% 3FG for his career. Was sophomore on Fairfield s MAAC regular season champion team that played in the NIT and junior member of 1997 MAAC Tournament champions and NCAA Tournament team that faced North Carolina. Earning a degree in marketing, he has been employed for 18 years by Swisher International, currently as Vice President Field Sales West. He lives in Bloomfield. DANNY MOORE SHELBYVILLE AP 3 rd team all-state, IBCA honorable mention all-state, Bloomington Herald Times 1 st team all-state. Averaged 21.0 points and 9 rebounds as senior for regional champions and averaged 20.4 points and 8 rebounds as junior for 16-7 sectional champions totaling 848 points, 346 rebound and 164 blocks in two season at Shelbyville. Averaged 13.4 points as sophomore at Roncalli, breaking school blocks record (66 in season). Three-year varsity totals of 1,108 points and 230 blocks. Two-time Indianapolis Star all-metro team, Street & Smith high honorable mention, USA Today Top 10 Indiana players, North-South and East-West All-Star participant and McDonald s All-American nominee. Played nine games due to illness as freshman at Miami (Ohio) before playing three seasons at Missouri State University, totaling 98 games, 1,691 points (17.3ppg), 634 rebounds (6.5 rpg) and 167 blocks (1.7 bpg). Led MSU in scoring, rebounding, blocks, FGs and FTs all three seasons, including their 1999 NCAA Sweet 16 team and graduated with career blocks record, career FT made and FT attempted and 5 th in all-time scoring. Set singleseason records in FT made, FT attempts and blocks and 3 rd best scoring season in school history (645 points as sophomore 19.5 ppg) A three-time all-mvc pick (twice 1 st team), he graduated 1 st in MVC history in FG% (54%), 2 nd in MVC history in blocks, FG made (574), 3 rd in FT% (79%), FT made (538), FG attempts (1068), 4 th in FT attempts (685) and 6 th in scoring average (17.3) and was named one of the Missouri Valley Conference s 50 greatest players of all-time. He played for three seasons in Spain, averaging over 19 ppg and 7 rpg each season. Earning a bachelors in business and MBA, he is Finance Manager at BJC Healthcare in St. Louis, Missouri. 4 DAN MULLER LAFAYETTE CENTRAL CATHOLIC AP high honorable mention all-state and IBCA honorable mention, averaging 23.9 points and 11.1 rebounds for 16-6 Hoosier Conference championship squad. Averaged 19.0 points as junior and AP honorable mention all-state for 14-7 team and averaged 17.4 points as a sophomore for 13-8 team. Totaled 1,372 points with career 50% FG ( ). At Illinois State University, he started in all 128 games of his career, scoring 1,445 points (11.3 ppg), with 682 rebounds (5.3 rpg) and 285 assists. He still holds the school record for consecutive games started (128), minutes played (4,169), 2 nd in games started, consecutive games played and 3FG attempts (561), 3 rd in defensive rebounds (477), fifth in 3FG made (204), offensive rebounds (205), games played and double-digit scoring games (81), 11 th in career scoring and 14 th in career assists. Teams won 20+ games each of his four seasons, including his final two seasons with two regular season and MVC tournament championships and 1998 Conference Defensive Player of the Year, threetime MVC all-defensive team. Three-time academic all-district and 1997 and 1998 Academic All- American honors. Played professionally in Argentina, Canada and Belgium from Was an assistant coach under Kevin Stallings at Vanderbilt University from , before becoming head coach at Illinois State University in His teams entered this season , fifth in program history in wins and earning him 2017 MVC Coach of the Year. He resides in Bloomington, Illinois. LEE NAILON SOUTH BEND CLAY 1994 Indiana All-Star. AP high honorable mention all-state, IBCA 2 nd team all-state, and Bloomington Herald Times 1 st team all-state after averaging 19.9 points and 8.6 rebounds per game for 27-2 state champions. Averaged 15.4 points as junior for 15-7 team and 8.6 points as sophomore for 13-8 squad. Career totals of 1,069 points and a school-record 523 rebounds, with the 2 nd best single-season scoring total in school history (576). A two-time all-nic selection and member of 1993 NIC co-champion team. Averaged over 20 ppg in each of his four college seasons 23.7 ppg and 8.1 rebounds as freshman at Southeastern Iowa CC, 20.2 points and 7.4 rebounds as sophomore at Butler Community College, then 24.9 points and 8.9 rebounds as junior and 22.8 points and 9.3 rebounds as senior at Texas Christian University. In all, he scored 2,924 points and grabbed 1,075 rebounds in his college career. He was a rd team Juco All-American, st team Juco All-American, 1998 & st team all-wac, 1998 WAC Player of the year and 1998 AP, USBWA and NABC 3 rd team All-American. The 43 rd overall pick of the 1999 NBA Draft, he played six seasons with Charlotte, New York, Atlanta, Orlando, Cleveland, New Orleans and Philadelphia scoring 2,622 points (8.6 ppg). He also played professionally in Israel, Russia, China, Beirut, Puerto Rico, Hungary, Mexico, Korea and currently in the Big 3 professional 3-on-3 league. He resides in Fort Worth, Texas. 5 CORY NORMAN JEFFERSONVILLE AP high honorable mention all-state, IBCA honorable mention all-state, averaging 13.6 points and 8.8 rebounds as senior for Red Devils 22-3 sectional champions. He was AP high honorable mention all-state and Bloomington Herald Times 3 rd team all-state as a junior, averaging 10.6 points and 8.0 rebounds for their 29-2 state championship team. He totaled 1,150 career points, a school-record 796 rebounds, 237 assists and 232 steals for teams that went winning four sectionals, three regionals, two semi-states and one state title. He and classmate Brien Hanley set school record for most games played (108), was a three-year starter, led team in rebounding for three seasons, was two-time all-hhc, Street & Smith s All-American, all-sectional, all-regional, allsemi-state and in the 1993 state finals totaled 35 points and 17 rebounds on FG shooting in their two wins. After playing in 20 games his freshman year at Western Carolina University, injury and surgery derailed his playing career and he finished his education at the University of Southern Indiana. Employed in education and coaching throughout his career, he is currently a physical education teacher at Green Valley Elementary in New Albany and varsity assistant boys basketball coach at Jeffersonville High School. He resides in Jeffersonville. JOE SIBBITT PAOLI AP 3 rd team all-state, 2 nd team small school all-state and Indianapolis News 3 rd team allstate. Averaged 17 points and 5.0 assists for 24-4 regional champions as senior, averaged 15.5 points and 5.2 assists as junior for 21-5 regional champions, 16.6 points and 3.2 assists as sophomore for 24-2 regional and 12.3 points and 2.3 assists as freshman for 19-5 sectional champions. Totaled 1,574 points and 439 assists for teams compiling a record with four sectionals, three regional titles, four conference titles and winners of the 1993 HOF Classic. Played in 118 games at Austin Peay State University, graduating with 1,219 points, 265 assists and 107 steals. Named Ohio Valley Conference Freshman of the Year and 1996 OVC Tournament alltournament team, he still holds Austin Peay records for career 3FG made (319), career 3FG attempts (830), season 3FG made (101), season 3FG attempts (258), game 3FG made (9) and game 3FG attempts (16) and is among leaders in career 3FG% (.384), minutes played (3,249) and points (22 nd ). He also still holds the OVC career records for 3FG made and 3FG attempts. JAMIE UPTGRAFT SOUTHERN WELLS AP high honorable mention and 1 st team small school all-state. Averaged 24.4 points as senior, 22.4 points as junior for 15-6 conference champs, 15.1 points as sophomore and 10.6 points as freshman. He was the first-ever four-year 1 st team all-acac selection, totaling school records of 1,508 career points (18.2 ppg), 376 assists (4.5 apg) and 262 steals (3.2 spg), to go along with 342 rebounds (4.1 rpg). He played 106 career games for the US Military Academy (Army), totaling 592 points (5.6 ppg), 258 rebounds and 246 assists. As a junior, averaging 10.1 ppg and 3.5 rebounds, he led the Patriot League in 3FG% (.410). Since 1999, he has been a US Army officer, currently a lieutenant colonel stationed in Fort Benning, Georgia. He was the head boys basketball coach at Jim Elliot Christian School in Denver, Colorado from , with a record and taking them to their first state tournament and the state Final Four. Averaged 24.9 points and 8.9 rebounds as senior for 24-2 regional and North Central Conference champions and 22.1 points and 12.9 rebounds as junior for sectional champions. Totaled 1,177 points in two seasons (23.5 ppg) with career rebound average of 10.3 per game. Two-time all-north Central Conference, twotime East Central Indiana Player of the Year, a 1994 McDonald s All-American nominee, and participant in 1994 Albert Schweitzer 18U National All-Star Team playing in Mannheim, Germany. Set Ball State University and Mid-American Conference records with 2,485 career points and 347 steals his steals total was 2 nd best in NCAA history. Also set BSU records for FG made ( nd in NCAA history), 3FG attempts (437) and FT made (517) MAC Freshman of the Year, 1996 and 1998 MAC Player of the Year, and 1998 Basketball Weekly 1 st team All-American and 1998 AP 3 rd team All-American. 11 th pick of 1998 NBA Draft and played 10 seasons in the NBA, totaling 7,147 points, 2,737 rebounds 1,249 assists and 769 steals. Presently a player in the Big 3 professional 3-on-3 league and an assistant coach at Muncie Central H.S. He resides in Carmel. LaDRELL WHITEHEAD NEW ALBANY 1994 Indiana All-Star. Consensus 1 st team all-state by AP, IBCA, Bloomington Herald Times and Indianapolis News. Averaged 23.1 points and 4.9 assists as senior for 25-2 state finalists ranked #3 in the state, averaged 17.4 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.2 assists as junior for 20-4 sectional champs ranked #12 in the state and 4.0 points as sophomore for 23-2 sectional champs ranked #3 in the state. Graduated with 1,138 career points, 254 rebounds and 273 assists. Twotime HHC champions, two-time HHC all-conference honors, and nd team underclass all-state. Played two seasons at University of Wyoming, averaging 14.9 points as freshman and named WAC Freshman of the Year and 17.7 points as sophomore, then two seasons at Ohio University, averaging 21.7 points as junior and 18.9 points as senior. He was his team s leading scorer all four seasons, totaling 1,850 points (18.0 ppg), 364 rebounds, 362 assists and 195 steals in 103 games. He was a three-time team MVP, three-time all-conference and still holds Wyoming record for career steals average (2.1 per game), 8 th in assists average (3.7 per game) and 10 th in scoring average (16.3 per game). He played professionally for 10 years in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Greece and the Czech Republic. He works for Ford Motor Company and resides in New Albany. Page 6 of 7

AP high honorable mention all-state as a junior averaging 23.4 points and 6.2 rebounds for 16-5 conference championship team. AP honorable mention all-state and IBCA honorable mention all-state as a sophomore averaging 19.8 points and 4.9 rebounds for 16-8 sectional championship team and averaged 10.6 points and 4.5 rebounds as freshman for 15-7 sectional and conference championship team. Graduated as school s 2 nd all-time leading scorer with 1,698 points. Named 1993 South Bend Tribune MVP as a junior, three-time Tribune all-area team, three-time team MVP, multiple all-sectional, all-regional, 1 st team all-conference honors and named by USA Today as one of Top 10 players in Indiana. Played two seasons at Southern Idaho J.C., averaging 7.5 points as freshman for 33-5 JuCo Final Four team and averaged 19.8 points as sophomore for 24-8 team that held #1 national ranking for multiple weeks. Averaged 10.5 points and 3.2 assists as starter at University of South Alabama as a junior as Sun Belt Conference Tournament MVP for team that won Sun Belt and played eventual national champion Arizona in the NCAA Tournament. Preseason all-conference and honorable mention All-American before senior season that was derailed by shoulder surgery after four games. Totaled 1,283 career points in just over three college seasons (12.3 ppg). He played in the LA summer league and one year in the International Basketball Association and has been an assistant coach at Westview High School for 10 seasons.
