Set single-game rebound record (21) and set conference season FG% record (.637). Single, she resides in LaPorte and works in backend relief for GAF, a roofing materials corporation, in Michigan City. Was member of 1990 Indiana National Travel Team to China. She played one season at Kent State University and one season at Olivet Nazarene University. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner with Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis. Married with six children, she lives in Plainfield. Lisa (Furlin) Burnison Valparaiso 1992 Indiana All-Star. Totaled 1,059 career points and 511 career rebounds for Greg Kirby on teams that were 98-8, winning four sectionals, four regionals and playing in the 1991 and 1992 state finals. Averaged 18.2 points and 8.2 rebounds as a senior to be named AP All-State, all-state finals team and Gary Post Tribune 1992 Player of the Year. Set school records in season scoring (509), FT% (.840) and consecutive made FGs (15). Scored 1,451 points (9 th in program history) at Indiana University as a member of two NCAA Tournament teams. Twice named Big Ten allconference honorable mention and three times Big Ten Academic all-conference. Participated in Big Ten All-Star Foreign Tour in Japan in 1995 and with PricewaterhouseCoopers 2015 International team in Croatia. Set six school records, including 1,663 career points, 928 career rebounds, 355 career blocks, career scoring average (20.5 ppg) and career FG% (.646). Teams won two sectional championships as she averaged 20+ ppg as a sophomore, junior and senior. Indiana All-Star, East-West All-Star and HBCA All-Star her senior year. Averaged 20.5 points, 10.5 rebounds and 4.4 blocks in one season at Oakland City University, and set school records for season scoring (594) and FG% (.694) to earn NCCAA All-American honors with team placing 2 nd in NCCAA National Tournament. Has coached elementary, junior high and high school basketball and volleyball while working in education and health care. Currently an emergency room RN in New Albany, she is married, has three children and lives in Georgetown. Kristin (Mattox) Cox Charlestown 1992 Indiana All-Star and runner-up for Miss Basketball. Scored 1,414 career points and 631 rebounds on teams that went 76-17, including three sectional titles and two regional championships and a 23-3 campaign as a senior (22 ppg & 10rpg). Set school records for season steals (117), single-game steals (12), season 3FG% (.531) and career 3FG% (.501). Named to various all-state teams and MVP of 1991 HOF Classic. Graduated as 2 nd all-time leading scorer at University of Louisville (now 5 th ) with 1,737 points and 670 rebounds. Led nation in season FT% (.921, still school record), set school records in career FT% (.852, still 1 st ), season scoring average (20.6 ppg, now 4 th ) and career 3FG (271, now 2 nd ). Two-time Metro all-conference, 1996 City of Louisville Athlete of the Year, 2009 U of L Athletics HOF inductee and her jersey was honored in 2014 with a banner hanging at the KFC YUM Center. Previously employed with the University of Louisville, she is now Youth & Family Sports Director for the City of Charlestown. Married with three children, she resides in Charlestown. Marla (Inman) Eltrevoog Bedford North Lawrence 1992 Indiana All-Star, Miss Basketball and girls basketball Mental Attitude Award winner. School record 1,658 points along with 287 steals and 256 assists for teams that were in four years, including 1991 undefeated state champs and 1990 and 1992 state runner-up finishes. Averaged 22 ppg as senior, named AP All- State, Gatorade Indiana Player of the Year and Kodak All-American. Started all 90 games in three seasons at University of Louisville, scoring 1,107 career points and dishing 484 career assists (7 th in school history). Helped Cardinals to two NCAA Tournament appearances and a Conference USA championship, while she was a two-year team MVP and 1 st team all-conference selection. Assistant coach of twotime NJCAA National Champions at Illinois Central College. Residing in Seneca, Illinois, she is a 6 th grade teacher at Saratoga Grade School. 3 Melina Griffin Anderson 1992 Indiana All-Star. Missing part of senior year due to knee injury, she scored 713 career points, averaging 16 ppg and 8 rpg as a senior. Earned all-county, all-conference (3x), all-sectional, all-regional and all-state honors during career that included a 1990 state finals appearance, two sectional and two regional titles. A four-year player at Purdue, she played in all 124 games of her career, totaling 466 points and 314 rebounds. Part of Purdue s 1994 Final Four and 1995 Elite Eight NCAA teams, she earned Purdue s 6 th Person, Hustle and Whatever it Takes awards during her career. She earned a tryout for the WNBA Detroit Shock and was named one of the Top 100 athletes in Madison County history. She has been an IHSAA basketball official, AAU coach and given basketball instruction. Since 2010, she is a Life Skills Instructor with Aspire Indiana in Anderson. She is single and lives in Anderson. Faith (Cyr) Griswold Benton Central 1992 Indiana All-Star. Scored 1,257 career points and set school rebound record for Jan Conner on teams that were 83-14, winning four conference titles, three sectional titles, three regional titles and was a freshman with 1989 state runner-up team. Averaged 16.7 points and 8.5 rebounds as a senior, named 3x allconference, 3x all-sectional, 2x all-regional and 1x all-semi-state. Scored 1,425 points with 798 rebounds in four-year career at University of Detroit Mercy, starting in 107 of 111 career games played. Named 3x all-conference, was 1993 MCC Freshman of the Year and 1996 Horizon League Preseason Player of the Year. She is a fitness instructor in Sicily, Italy, where her husband is stationed with the U.S. Navy. They have five children. Lisa (Mahone) Ingram Ben Davis 1992 Indiana All-Star. Scored 853 career points, setting school records in career rebounds (650), season rebounds (234) and game steals (11). Teams were 67-8 in career under Stan Benge, including state finals appearance. Teams won two Marion County championships, three sectionals, two regionals and a semi-state title. Averaged 13.9 points and 8.2 rebounds as a senior, being named all-county and all-state. Earned a bachelors degree in business management from Indiana Wesleyan and a masters in business administration from Grand Canyon University. Now lives in Fountain Hills, Arizona, where she is an Academic Operations Director for Brown Mackie College. Married, she has three children. Page 3 of 6
4 Lori (Sparling) Mauck Carmel 1992 Indiana All-Star. Set school s career (1,540), season (520) and game (34) scoring records under Judi Warren for teams that were and winners of two sectionals and the first regional title in program history (1992). Averaged 21 points and five rebounds per game as a senior. 4x 1 st team all-conference, 2x allsectional, 1991 Indianapolis Star all-metro team, 2x team MVP. Scored 1,077 points in 110 career games at LaSalle University, where she was named to the 1995 MCC All-Tournament team, Philadelphia Big 5 2 nd team and ECAC honor roll, and her team set NCAA single-game record for best FG% (69.9%). She has been employed as a special education teacher for 14 years, currently at Fall Creek Valley Middle School in Indianapolis. Married with two children, she resides in Indianapolis. Megan (Hupfer) McCloskey Pendleton Heights 1992 Indiana All-Star. Set school career (1,074), season (437), season average (20.8) and single-game (38) scoring records and career rebounding (628) record. Averaged 20.8 points and 12 rebounds per game as a senior, named 3x allconference, all-county, all-metro, 1991 AP all-state honorable mention and rd team AP all-state and 1992 East-West All-Star and has been inducted into Madison County Girls Basketball HOF. Scored 1,444 career points at Morehead State University to go with 792 rebounds. Currently ranks #12 in scoring, #10 in rebounding and #9 in career FGs (593) in school history. Led team in scoring twice and rebounding three years, named 2x OVC all-conference. Holding an MBA, she is a Vice President Branch Manager with JP Morgan Chase Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio since Married with four children, she lives in Cold Spring, Kentucky. Monica (Cox) Peck Noblesville Limited due to injury in senior year, was named team MVP when she averaged 16.6 points and 8.2 rebounds in junior season. A member of Noblesville s 1989 and 1990 state finals teams, was 1990 all-sectional, all-regional, all-semi-state and all-state finals as a sophomore on 22-4 team, named 1991 Indianapolis Star 1 st team all-metro, 1992 Metro Athlete of the Year nominee and 1992 Top 40 participant. Won IHSAA girls soccer Mental Attitude Award and was member of 1991 state champion and 1990 state runner-up soccer teams. Was goal keeper for Indiana University women s soccer team, winning team s 1993 Most Improved Player Award. Since 2002 is co-owner of Hare Chevrolet in Noblesville. 5 Kathy Peters-Rock Crown Point 1992 Indiana All-Star. Scored 1,004 career points over three seasons for Tom May on teams that were Teams won three sectional titles, 1992 regional title and were ranked in state s top 20 teams each season. Averaged 19.2 points and 6.3 rebounds as senior, named 2x Times all-area, 2x Post Tribune allarea, 2x all-conference, Indiana All-Star, East-West All-Star and Hoosier Basketball Magazine Top 40. Received scholarship to St. Joseph s College, but gave up basketball when diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and stage 4 endrometriosis. She has since had 7 organs removed. She worked in education since 1996 until taking permanent leave due to disability. She is married and lives in Valparaiso. Missy (Wade) Satterfield Columbus North 1992 Indiana All-Star. Set eight school records including career points (1,231), season points (471), season scoring average (23.6 ppg), single-game scoring (39), career rebounds (762), season rebounds (274), single-game rebounds (22) and season FG% (58.7%) under head coaches Hedy George and Butch Wade. Averaged 23.6 points and 13.7 rebounds as a senior, named All-Star, East-West All- Star, North-South All-Star, Columbus Republic Player of the Year (2x), USA Today list of top Indiana players and Womens Basketball News Pre-Season All-American. Played at Xavier University, including 1993 MCC champion team that was first Xavier women s team to make NCAA Tournament. From was an assistant for Columbus North girls, school s first girls teams to win regional, semistate & finish as A runner-up. She is a service coordinator for Bridges of Indiana, is married with two children and two step-children and lives in Columbus. Livia (Hester) Scott Terre Haute North Still holds school records in season points (503), season scoring average (26.9 ppg), career rebounds (652), season rebounds (276), single-game rebounds (29) and single-game FGs (18). Averaged 22.5 points and 15 rebounds as a junior and 26.9 points and 15 rebounds as a senior. Scored 1,332 career points and grabbed 753 rebounds at Indiana State University, where she still ranks 12 th in scoring, 8 th in FTs (312), 10 th in FG (107), 9 th in rebounds, 4 th in blocks (81) and 10 th in FG% (.486). Since 2012, she is the Assistant Registrar at Marian University. She is married with two children and lives in Plainfield. Page 5 of 6
6 Charmonique Stallworth South Bend Washington Scored 1,408 career points and led South Bend Washington to their first girls basketball sectional championship as a senior. Averaged 25.1 points and 11.0 rebounds as a junior and 26.3 points and 10.5 rebounds as a senior. Graduated as the 10 th all-time leading scorer at Northern Illinois University with 1,415 career points. A member of teams that won three conference championships and made three NCAA Tournament appearances, she led teams to a record her junior & senior years, including 33-1 in conference play. Averaged 23.1 points (2 nd best in school history) and 7.8 rebounds as senior, earning 1 st team all-conference selection. Holds NIU record for single-game FGs (19), when she scored 40 points vs. Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She was inducted in SB Washington Athletics HOF in 2001 and Northern Illinois University Athletics HOF in Spent four seasons as asst. coach at Northern Illinois, also has coached middle school basketball. Since 2010 is a special education teacher at Warren Township MSD in Indianapolis. Single, she lives in Indianapolis. Daria (Weitekamp) Terrell Sullivan Set eight school records including career points (1,466), single-game scoring (40), single-game FG (16), career assists (344), single-game assists (10), singlegame 3FG (5), season 3FG (38) and career 3FG (109). Teams were over four years, winning four sectionals, she led her team in scoring all four seasons, was 4x all-sectional, 3x sectional MVP and 3x all-regional. Scored 418 points (7.5 ppg), 189 rebounds (3.4 rpg) and 291 assists (5.2 apg) in two seasons at the University of Southern Indiana. A teacher and basketball, softball and volleyball coach at Evansville Central, Eastern (Pekin) and Madison schools, she is currently a teacher at Madison Middle School. Married with two children, she lives in Seymour. Leslie (Wade) VanHoy Loogootee Set at least nine school records, including EVERY boys or girls scoring record at Loogootee. Among them are career points (1,867), points in a quarter (22), points in a half (27), points in a game (47), season scoring (625), season scoring average (29.8 ppg) and career scoring average (23.0 ppg). Also is girls career leader in assists (308) and steals (254). A 4x all-conference pick, she was the state s 2 nd leading scorer in 1992 (29.8 ppg), was a 2x all-state selection (ICGSA) and is only Loogootee player (boy or girl) to have uniform retired. She scored 1,171 points in her career at Marian University, despite being injured nearly all of her junior year. She was a 3x all-conference pick, 3x NAIA honorable mention All-American, 1996 Academic All-American, as well as a 2x all-conference tennis player. In 2002, she was named an inductee to Marian s Athletics Wall of Fame. A teacher and coach, she coached Loogootee s girls basketball team for four years, including the best singleseason record in school history (21-3) and being named IBCA District Coach of the Year in In 2000, she coached Loogootee s volleyball team to the school s 1 st ever 1A state finals appearance.
