2018 THANKSGIVING TURKEY TOURNAMENT The Thanksgiving Turkey Baseball Tournament is an annual international baseball event in Singapore attracting baseball teams from around the world in age brackets

2 2018 THANKSGIVING TURKEY TOURNAMENT The Thanksgiving Turkey Baseball Tournament is an annual international baseball event in Singapore attracting baseball teams from around the world in age brackets from 8U to 18U in November each year. BNSW in conjunction with Sports Camps Australia (SCA) is sending an invitational team of 14 players to compete in this year s Tournament in the 14U age division, which runs from November. The team has been selected based on their performances in the MLB Showcase trials held at BISP in July. This tour is the first of its kind, with both BNSW and Sports Camps Australia committed to entering more teams into similar Tournaments around the world in the coming years in order to promote player development in the State. BNSW wants to congratulate the 14 players on their selection and wish them success, not only on the baseball field but as a cultural experience as well. Read More

3 SPORTS CAMPS AUSTRALIA BASEBALL CAMPS The October Sports Camps Australia Baseball Camps were a great success in locations including Frenchs Forest, Illawong and Northmead. The kids had a great time and learned a great deal about the game as well as advice and tips from the Coaches. Thank you to the host clubs Illawong Baseball Club, Forest Baseball Club, and Baulkham Hills Baseball Club. 4 UNDER 23 WORLD CUP The Under 23 World Cup took place in Colombia this month with two of the team members being from New South Wales. Congratulations to Michael Gahan and Zac Shepherd on making the team and to Jason Pospishil, the Assistant Coach for the team.
