St Hallett Wines is proud to assume the mantle of being the Hole-In-One Club sponsor. A hole-in-one is arguably the greatest achievement a golfer can execute on the golf course. Thankfully, with no pictures required for verification the skill and audacity of the shot grows in grandeur and perfection as time goes by. In recognition of this accomplishment, St Hallett Wines have decided to ensure that recipients receive a lasting reminder of their feat, provide the club with an avenue to reward their members, while also receiving financial benefits through the parent company, Accolade Wines. St Hallett will supply the successful player with the following: Ô A personalized certificate Ô A congratulations letter from St Hallett Wines Ô A bottle of St Hallett Wine Ô Recognition in monthly Golfing NSW newsletter Ô An exclusive and stylish polo shirt, embroidered with the achievement, as a memento of the feat This is a club open to all registered players affiliated through Golf NSW at a NSW affiliated golf club, and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2 CONDITIONS Open to all male and female members over 18 years of age of affiliated NSW golf clubs with an official GolfLink/Golf Australia handicap. The hole-in-one must have been achieved in an official club competition. The club must meet the minimum partnership terms of Accolade Wines and St Hallett Wines, for the club to participate in the program. If you would like details on how your club can become a St Hallett Wines Partner, please contact Accolade Wines on When achieving the hole in one the minimum distance of the hole must be 120 metres or longer for men, and a distance of 100 metres or longer for women. The official Nomination Form must be completed and signed by a club official and forwarded to Golf NSW, within 10 days of the hole-in-one. Please retain a copy of the Nomination Form for your club s records.

3 St Hallett Wines and their distributor parent company, Accolade Wines, retain the right to alter the prize should unforeseeable circumstances arise, but will consult with Golf NSW in this regard. PROCESSES The following outlines the process by which players are nominated, recorded and rewarded for their St Hallett Wines Hole-In-One prize. 1. At the conclusion of play the appropriate club official is notified by the player or team of the Hole-In-One. 2. The recognised club official (such as the Club Captain, President, General Manager etc.) fills out the official nomination form, signs and dates the form, before sending this to Golf NSW preferably by Fax Golf NSW collates all Hole-In-One nominations on a weekly basis and forwards them to an Accolade Wines state contact who then forwards them to St Hallett Wines. 4. Once the nomination form is received by St Hallett Wines, the personalized certificate, the exclusive shirt, bottle of wine and the letter of congratulations will be sent to the relevant club. 5. Each month, Golf NSW includes a list of Hole-In-One achievers in its monthly newsletter, Golfing NSW.
