2 Membership Benefits By any standard, the membership fees at Buninyong Golf Club are modest, given the quality of the golf course and the facilities provided. Full Membership provides 12 months golf on one of the most picturesque and challenging courses in Country Victoria. The Club is fully licensed for Members and Guests. You receive access to a comfortably appointed Lounge Bar and Spike Bar with light refreshments, golf shop and function facilities. Golf Members each receive 4 guest passes to allow you to bring a friend to Buninyong to enjoy a round of golf free of charge. Members receive a member discount for Drinks purchased at any Bar in the Club House, upon presentation of their Membership Card. Members are eligible for the weekly Cash Jackpot drawn each Thursday night at our Social Committee dinner, where we provide inexpensive meals and great raffles for Members and their guests. Club sponsors provide discounts or other benefits to Members upon presentation of a Golf Club Membership Card. Golf Members receive a Bar Credit yearly. 3 Reciprocal Rights As a golfing member at Buninyong Golf Club you receive reciprocal rights to play at around 30 other Golf Clubs throughout Australia. From courses as close as Maryborough and Bacchus Marsh, to Clubs on the river such as Barham and to quality courses at interstate locations. In most instances, the golf is free or 50% at the reciprocal Clubs with rights being extended on the same basis as your membership status at Buninyong. The list of Clubs is growing each year as it is the policy of the Committee to provide members with the opportunity to enjoy golf whenever they are away from home in as many locations as possible. Reciprocal Clubs & Conditions Please Note: Before visiting a Reciprocal Club, make the appropriate arrangements through the Club Captain, Club office or personal contact with the Club involved. You may be requested to present your current Membership Card when visiting a Reciprocal Club. Reciprocal Rights are not available to Flexi Membership Special conditions that apply to the Reciprocal Clubs arrangements are outlined further in this prospectus

4 Membership Fees Ordinary Membership (Full membership) $965 Country Membership $595 (Must reside more than 50km from Buninyong Golf Club) Flexi Membership $395 Junior Membership Cadet 14 years & under $45 Junior years $95 Student 19 25years (must be a full-time student) $335 Veteran (over 67 & 10 Years continuous membership) $885 Family 2 Adults & Cadet/Juniors members $1755 Community Membership (non-playing) $ 25 Applications: Must be submitted on the Application Form provided by the Club and must include signatures of a Proposer and a Seconder, both being current financial Members of the Club. Provisional Membership will be awarded following submission of the completed Application Form, to be displayed at the Club for 14 days, and payment of the applicable fee, however, Membership will only be confirmed upon acceptance by the Board of Management. Joining Fees are currently waived for all memberships. Direct Debit Facility: Fee $2 per month; terms & conditions apply. Membership Fees are payable on the 1 st July each year. 6 Handicaps must be obtained prior to playing in Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday competitions. Three cards are required to attain a handicap. Each card must be completed and signed by the marker, preferably a Club member. No Flexi Member is eligible to win a Monthly Medal, Privilege Cup or any Board Event, this includes four ball board events. Note - To be eligible for the Club Championships your full membership must be taken up (and accepted) prior to the first round. All golfers are expected to have their own set of clubs to play with, this includes Flexi Members. Players are to report to the Golf Shop prior to commencing their round. Members are required to observe the etiquette of golf at all times. Non acceptable attire includes, T- shirts without collars, singlet tops, tracksuit pants, football or very short shorts, thongs and footwear without socks.
