The venue that hosted one of the greatest events in Cleveland sports history has since been demolished, but the memory of the legend ary series against the then-washington Bullets lives on. On Friday, March 4th at 8:00 p.m., the Cavaliers will commemorate the 40th anniversary of the season with a very special Miracle of Richfield Celebration presented by FirstEnergy when the Cavs host the Washington Wizards at Quicken Loans Arena. As part of the Hardwood Classics Series presented by Elk & Elk, the Cavaliers of today will pay homage to the "Miracle" team of who ruled the Richfield Coliseum and captured the hearts of Northeast Ohio and Cavs fans everywhere. Members of the Cavaliers team, coaches and staff will reunite at center court during halftime, for what promises to be a very special tribute to Cavs history. All fans at The Q will receive a gold Cavs Miracle of Richfield Celebration t-shirt presented by FirstEnergy. The t-shirt compliments the gold throwback uniforms that the current Cavs players will wear on the court, similar to the uniforms worn by the "Miracle" team.
