1 Chilliwack Chiefs ( ) vs Coquitlam Express ( ) Saturday March 1 st, 2014 The Chiefs wrap up the season on home ice versus the Coquitlam Express tonight. The Express lead the season series with a record of The two teams met last night in Coquitlam with the Chiefs scoring a 6-5 victory. Mathieu Tibbet led the way offensively with three goals and an assist while Spencer Tremblay made 41 saves to earn the victory. Tonight is Fan Appreciation Night brought to you by The Home Depot. Fans arriving early will receive The Home Depot thunderstix as well as a free Chiefs collectible hockey card. 11 of Mathieu Tibbet s 44 career goals have been scored against the Coquitlam Express. Lots of prizes will be given away including free haircuts from Great Clips, Free Papa Johns Pizzas, and Chiefs merchandise including a signed jersey. The finale of the O'Connor Rapid fire will take place and 4 lucky fans will have a chance to win the 2014 Dodge Cherokee from O'Connor Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Best of luck to John Kampman, Sean Prokepitz, Quinn Lawrence and Darcy Brooke. Chilliwack FC will also be holding their early bird draw on Saturday for the Harley Davidson. The draw will happen in the second intermission. Tickets will be on sale until the 10 minute mark of the second period. A lucky fan will also win an ipad mini courtesy of Fraser Valley Distance Education. Earl's will also be on hand offering samples to the fans in attendance. Tonight also marks our final Book Man Read with the Chiefs night where students from Sardis, Greendale, Evans, and Kent Elementary will be in attendance.
