After having bull sales for over 20 years and several years of private treaty sales prior to that, we decided that being a part of this sale was a good opportunity. This heifer offering is short on numbers. But, we feel that it is long on quality. We are building our herd, and felt the need to keep as many replacements as we could. Tenderness - Tend The IGENITY profile score for Tenderness represents animals genetic potential for tenderness measured by the Warner Bratzler shear force test, with 10 being the most tender and 1 being the least tender. Marbling - Mrbl The IGENITY profile scores for Marbling reflect extremely powerful multiple marker alysis which are indicative of an animal s potential for intramuscular fat deposition.
