1 I I RESOLUTION NO A Resolution of the Board of Commissioners Of Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County To Adopt a Plan for Redistricting Commissioner Districts Pursuant to RCW WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW , it is the responsibility of the District to periodically redistrict its governmental unit based on population information from the most recent federal decennial census; and WHEREAS, the District has commissioned the preparation of a proposed plan of redistricting; and WHEREAS, the District, on the day of January, 2012, held a public hearing to discuss, consider and accept public comment on the proposed plan; and WHEREAS, public notice of said public hearing was provided as required by RCW , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Okanogan County as follows: 1. The plan of redistricting the Commissioner District boundaries, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein as though fully set forth, is hereby adopted. 2. Pursuant to RCW 29A , a copy of this resolution and the attached redistricting plan, which describes the geographical boundaries of each Commissioner District, shall be provided herewith to the Auditor of Okanogan County.
