1 RESOLUTION NO. 123A-94 WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners have determined that it is necessary to amend the Annual Construction Program for 1995, to add, modify and delete items to be in compliance with the 1995 construction budget; and, WHEREAS, WAC outlines the procedures to modify an Annual Construction Program. NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners, that the Annual Construction Program for 1995 be revised as shown in Attachment A, which is incorporated herein by this reference. The individual changes are as follows: New item 2A: Added to show the carry over of the 1994 AC Paving Contract. Item 7: Item 12: Item 13: Modified to show construction funding only, as the design engineering contract was completed and paid for in Modified to show correct funding source. Modified to show correct funding source including new RAP fund distribution. Old item 14: becomes new item 15. Old item 15: becomes new item 16. Old item 16: becomes new item 17. Old item 17: becomes new item 14: Modified to add construction funding to help balance the budget. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Engineer is hereby directed to distribute copies of the Revised Annual Construction Program for 1995 to all required agencies.
