She can be reached by at sdhsra@alliancecom.net. or by phone at or Beginning Saturday, June 11 th, you will need to call the number. Remember that you can only take points from your top 3 regional rodeos to the State Finals. As you will note there are two different sections for each event. If you are in the list that says TM/FN that means that you will be up in that event on Thursday Morning at 9:00AM and Friday night at 5:00 PM. If your event says TN/FM, then you will be up in that event on Thursday Night at 5:00PM and Friday Morning at 9:00AM. The position that you see on the draw sheet on the sdhsra website is the position in which you will compete. This will be reversed for the second go-round. All the Cutting, both boys and girls, will start on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 5:00 PM. Boys Cutting will go first, followed by the Girls Cutting. That will complete the first go-round. The second go-round for the Girls Cutting will be on Wednesday Morning at 8:00 AM followed by the second go-round of the Boys Cutting. Finals for the Cutting will be held Wednesday Evening at 7:00 PM. The Mandatory Contestant s Meeting is Thursday morning, in the west grand stands, at 8:15 am. 5 Go-Round Awards are given in the form of a certificate to receive a free picture from the official photographer at the State High School Finals Rodeo. These awards are given for the 2nd through 4th placing in each event in each go-round. To claim your award, you must stop by the Cowboy Images trailer by the Rodeo Office and pick up your certificate for a free 8x10 photograph. It is your responsibility to come and get the award certificates. You may then take it to the official photographer s booth and choose your picture. If you have any questions, please check in the rodeo office. You will need the following information if you should make it to National s: Your social security number, the length and power needs of your trailer if you intend to camp in Gillette, the number of stalls you will be needing, and your check book. Both of your parents will need to be there to appear before the notary, unless one parent has full custody of you or one is deceased. You will need these things to complete your National Team Paperwork. They cannot wait until the next day. Put them in your trailer now so you have them, hopefully you will need them! If you are a National Qualifier we will once again be using the system as last year to complete the required National Team paperwork. There will be a camper/trailer on the rodeo grounds by the office that will be staffed, beginning Thursday afternoon, with personnel to help you get registered for National s correctly. This means that the Cutters should come, with your parents and your checkbook, and do this on Thursday. In doing this the Awards Ceremony and Meeting can be run more efficiently and take less time. Other event Qualifiers may come as soon as their event has been tallied and the National Qualifiers are posted from Saturday Night s Final Round. In doing so as soon as you can, you will be able to be on the road home much quicker after pictures are taken at the National Meeting. You are still required to attend the National Meeting Sunday morning at 8:30 am. The National Registration will move up to the Belle Fourche Area Community Center for the awards ceremony Sunday morning.
