If the breeder is also the owner the points do not count. 4 The BILL BUTCHER TROPHY for the most popular Society AI Sire. Awarded to the owner of the bull responsible for the most straws sold October 1st to September 30th each year. To be awarded to a younger Member acknowledged to have shown marked advancement in the caring and preparation of cattle for the show ring in 2015/2016. Miss Hannah Baldwin The LISA KEMMISH MEMORIAL TROPHY In recognition of the under 12 year old who has accomplished a standard of merit during 2015/2016. Council select the winner from the nominations received. Free membership for one year included with this award. 6 The WISE PERPETUAL TROPHY for the Intermediate Handler at the National Dexter Show 2016 Miss Millie Bennett The CANNINGTON PERPETUAL TROPHY for the Junior Handler National Dexter Show 2016 Miss Lois Taylor Mr Ted Neal, Chairman of the East Anglia Dexter Group, had nominated Pat Chamberlain for Honorary Membership of the Dexter Cattle Society in recognition of her work for Dexters at breed, Group and Society level. As Pat Chamberlain had been unable to attend the AGM, the accolade would be presented at her Group meeting. The Herd Book records a list of all Honorary Members. Mrs Philippa Laing, Templeton herd handed over the Presidential Badge to Mrs Pat Short, Elmwood herd and wished her enjoyment during her time as President.
