Forms will be inspected as exhibitors enter the sheep field. Exhibitors are requested to bring completed Movement Licences to record their sheep on and off the showground and hand them to the steward at the gate. All sheep entries must comply with DEFRA regulations in force at the time of the Show. Liskeard Agricultural Show Holding Number 07/156/8002 All sheep must comply with any tail docking regulations. If there are fewer than 3 exhibitors in a section the class may be amalgamated with the Any Other Breed. Classes: All sheep cups to be presented after the interbreed judging in the sheep rings. All cups should be signed for after presentation. Entry Fees: 3.50 per entry including group classes. Show Members: 3.00 per entry including group classes Prizes: 1st 12, 2nd 10, 3rd 8, 4th 6, 5th 4 (4th prize money will be awarded in classes of 5 entries or more) (5th prize money will be awarded in classes of 8 or more) Judging commences with the Junior & Intermediate Handler Classes at 9.00am prompt, followed by Beltex, Charollais, Zwartbles, Hill, Shetland, Dorsets and Roussin followed by (at approx noon), Texel, Hampshire Down, Suffolk, Any Other Continental, Lowland and Longwool. All judging times are subject to change. Interbreed Sheep Specials S1-S5 will be judged at 2.30pm approx. by the Interbreed Judge, Mr B Davies, Powys, Wales S1 S2 S3 S4 S5 S6 The PER Brown Grand Challenge Cup for the Best Sheep in the Show. To be competed for annually. The Owen Hoskin Perpetual Cup for the Reserve Best Sheep in the Show. The Richard Warne Perpetual Cup for the Best Closewool Sheep in the Show. To be competed for annually. The WH Bond & Son Perpetual Cup, presented by Messrs WH Bond & Son for the Champion Inter-Breed Group of three Sheep. To be competed for annually by the winners of the group class in each sheep section. The Bob Bersey Perpetual Cup, for the Best Local Animal in the Sheep Classes. The Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association Cornish Points Championship This show is one of five (Camborne, Camelford, Launceston, Liskeard and Stithians) at which points will be offered towards Prizes of 1st 100 and 2nd 50 in open sheep classes for the exhibitors gaining the most points over the 2016 Cornish summer show season. Points will be awarded as follows: 1st prize 3 point, 2nd prize 2 points, 3rd prize 1 point and exhibits must be entered under the same names at the relevant shows to be eligible.
