1 CENTRAL MORAVIA GRAN PRIX th June 1st July 2018 SUCHÝ (near BOSKOVICE) Dear orienteering friends, FINAL BULLETIN we welcome you at traditional orienteering competition CENTRAL MORAVIA GRAN PRIX 2018 which is organised by OOS SK Prostějov. Assembly arena Parking Suchý Athéna pension GPS: N, E You will find here competition office, kindergarten for all stages and refreshment opportunities (grilled specialities) in the afternoon and evening. Also the finish of first and third stage, ToiToi, washing, shops and other refreshment. Parking for all days on a meadow near the assembly arena ( N, E) feed 30 Kč/car/stage. Please follow the organisers instructions. Competition office first stage from 13:30 until 15:30 in assembly arena other stages until 9:30 in assembly arena Accommodation a) accommodation in cottages The key will be handed at the competition office, bed linens will be ready inside of the cottages. After competition s end we kindly ask you to bring the bed linen with the key at the pension s reception. b) accommodation in camp At the competition office a card will be given to be put on a tent. Build them at specified areas or follow camp s reception instruction. Entrance to WC and showers is feed for non-accommodated. For accommodated a stripe will be given with a return fee 50 Kč/person. This stripe is used to entry. The deposit will be given back hand out the stripe after Sunday s competition. In case you do not want to use showers and WC in camp, you do not have to take the stripe.

2 Food opportunities Those who ordered dinner will be given meal tickets (at the competition office). Dinner is served from 19:00 until 21:00 in pension s restaurant. Refreshment Fair play In assembly arena will be a bufet. No map handing after the race keep the fair-play rules. Control descriptions Only in the assembly arena, free to take. Rules Category HDR Competitors run at their own risk, according to the Rules of orienteering and other documents of Orienteering Section of Czech Orienteering Federation. First aid in finish Category HDR is only for children with parent/coach No adult on D10C, H10C a DH10N (emojis), which are for children alone. Competitors of categories HDR, P a T can start at their own will between starting time Kindergarten Start stage 3 For whole time of competitions in pension. Kindergarten is open one hour before start 00 and is closed when finish is closed. Handicap start, be at the prestart 5 min before your own start. Stalls TRAIL O GDPR Photographing Warning Thanks In assembly arena, o-goods from SIGN SPORT. On Saturday in the afternoon trail o event will be organised near assembly arena. Course description: 0,5km 16 controls and 2 time controls at the beginning. Map scale 1:4000. Registration before competition with a fee 20 Kč. By registration, every competitor agree with publication his personal data in valid format of COF registration form, start list and results on webpage of competition (ob.skprostejov.cz) and information system ORIS ( During competition photography will be taken, for reporting, audits and so on, according to 89 statute no. 89/2012 sb., Civil code. Some pictures may be taken for personal need of a competitor, club. In case you do not agree, tell explicitly to a photographer. 1) street Dukelská in Boskovice is closed, if you come from Brno or Svitavy please count with some delay 2) after winter and spring storms is a lot of fallen trees which are being processed. Please be careful. Some of newly made clearings could not be mapped. Log piles near roads are also not mapped.
