This bond will cover the construction of Broadleaf Drive, Longleaf Drive, Sapwood Court and first section of Heartwood Lane with associated infrastructure. The amount of the bond being presented for approval is $1,064, This amount is 1.25 times the estimated costs to complete the required roadway, sidewalks, and water/sewer improvements described above.
