1 Policy s and other guidance which will need to be considered include: Health and safety Policy s Procedure and Guidance Schools Defect Reporting Procedure Aylesford School Electrical Testing Procedure Aylesford School Manual Handling Procedure This risk assessment is not exhaustive of activities which may take place in School Karaoke s and Discos; it only covers some common activities. Further specific risk assessments will need to be undertaken for any other activities with significant risk. If the risk level achieved is still High, the planned activity/ process/operation must not continue. The risk assessment plan must be completed to identify what further will be taken to reduce the risk to an acceptable lower level. If the risk level achieved is Medium you must consider whether the existing control measures are sufficient or if any further could be taken to reduce the risk to a low level. (The risk level may remain as Medium where the risk is inherent in a particular activity/process/operation). KARAOKE AD DISCO
