1 PARKING LOT VENDING TENANT INFORMATION: If you are interested in being a Parking Lot vendor, there are a few minimum requirements including (but not limited to): Tenant must sign a minimum of a six month license agreement Tenant must provide the following items with the applications: o o o Photos and dimensions of the trailer/tent/shed intended for business use Tenant must show proof of liability insurance with combined bodily injury and property damage limits of not less than $1,000,000 Tenant must provide copies of all permits necessary to operate Rent is between $700 and $900 per month based on store location. Tenant must pay a Security Deposit equal to one month s rent Tenant will adhere to the H-E-B Standards of Conduct. While the rates and terms are negotiated through the HEB Shopping Center Development Leasing Manager listed below, it is suggested that you establish contact with the Store Directors in the HEB stores you intend to operate in. Each location on all Properties available for leasing is designated by the H-E-B Store Director at their respective H-E-B stores.
