Applications are not considered complete until the application and payment in full is made at the Amenity Center. A limited number of inside spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. No applications will be completed over the phone or . There will only be ONE representative per company allowed. *For instance, there will be only one Lula Roe, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, etc. We may have multiple clothing, make-up or jewelry, but only one from each company. **If you chose to partner with another representative, you may do so, but only one application per company will be accepted.** There is NO driving on the grass. You must supply all of your own tables, chairs,

Spaces will be reserved only with paid applications and on a first come, first served basis. Arrive one hour prior to event to set-up or space will be rented to vendors on waiting list. No refunds issued. Vendors are responsible for their own displays. Please remain close to your booth at all times. Food vendors are responsible for appropriate licenses and certifications required by State of Florida and St. John s Co. Booth take-down begins at the end of event. Vendors acknowledge and agree that the License granted herein is a mere privilege and may be suspended or revoked, with or without cause, at the sole discretion of the Turnbull Creek Community Development District ( District ). In the event the right to suspend or revoke the License is exercised, written notice of the suspension or revocation shall be provided, which shall be effective immediately upon receipt by Vendors of the notice. Upon such termination, Vendors shall remove any and all equipment and belongings from the Property and return the Property to the condition it was in prior to the granting of this License. Vendors shall use all due care to protect the property of the District, its Patrons (as that term is defined in the Policies Regarding District Amenity Facilities) and landowners from damage, and to require any users of its products or services to do the same. Vendors agree that they shall assume responsibility for any and all damage to the District s Amenity Facilities or lands as a result of the Vendors use and other damage which may be attributable to an act or omission by Vendors or their agents. In consideration of the use of District Amenity Facilities and lands to sell their products and/or services, Vendors agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the District, its supervisors, officers, employees, consultants and agents, from any and all liability, claims, actions, suits, or demands by any person, corporation, or other entity for injuries, death, property damage of any nature, arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the District's Amenity Facilities and lands by Vendors, and their officers, agents, employees and guests, including litigation or any appellate proceedings with respect thereto; provided, however, that nothing in this License shall be construed as a waiver of the District's sovereign immunity or limits of liability beyond any statutorily limited waiver of immunity or limits of liability which may have been adopted by the Florida Legislature in Section , Florida Statutes, or any other statute. 10 Beep! Beep! The Brew Bus is headed our way! Saturday, October 13th at 12:00pm. The price is $50 each. Our tour will pick you up at the Amenity Center at 12:00pm on October 13th. 13 Important reminders for residents of MuraBella Please remember that your access card is REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES when you are using any of the amenities! Whether you are coming to the gym, pool, to attend a class or bring your child to an event as well. Don t get caught on the wrong side of the gate and miss all the fun! For more information on your access cards, please contact the Amenity Center Office at Access Cards are not transferable. Residents must accompany their guests at all times Periods of inactivity will disable access cards. Please make sure that your cards are currently activated. Please remember: There is NO Night Swimming at MuraBella Our pools are permitted through the state of Florida. It is important to remember that as far as the state of Florida is concerned, dusk is not the same as sunset. Per rule Rule # 64E of the Florida Department of Health, our pools may operate from 30 minutes after Sunrise until 30 minutes before Sunset. All residents must be clear of the pool and pool deck by that time. We must comply with these rules in order to maintain our permits. The Department of Health can, and has imposed fines, suspended, or even terminated pool permits. This would mean a complete shut down of the pool and pool decks until the matter can be resolved.

14 Proper swim apparel is necessary to ensure a pleasant day at the pool for ALL! When deciding what swimsuit to wear to our MuraBella pool, please consider that this is a family, community pool. Should the swimsuit you choose NOT cover all the appropriate parts you may be asked to leave the facility. So, please leave that new, adorable, slightly risqué suit for the beach. Thank you for understanding and cooperation! 16 STORYTIME WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5TH & 19TH AT 9AM Join Ms. Karen from the St Johns County Library each month for stories, games, crafts and fun. Ingredients 2 quarts vegetable oil for frying 1 large egg 1 cup milk 2 teaspoons vegetable oil 1 cup pancake mix 1 (18 ounce) package cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo(R)) Directions Deep Fried Oreos Heat oil in deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) Whisk together the egg, milk, and 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the pancake mix until no dry lumps remain. Dip the cookies into the batter one at a time, and carefully place into the hot frying oil. Fry only 4 or 5 at a time to avoid overcrowding the deep fryer. Cook until the cookies are golden-brown, about 2 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate before serving.

22 Florida is the lightning capital of the United States and it is ranked as the number one state for deaths due to lightning. Did you know that lightning kills more people in the U.S. than hurricanes and tornadoes combined? Lightning travels at the speed of light, while thunder travels at the speed of sound. A single bolt of lightning can discharge about 100 million bolts of electricity and can travel as far as 10 miles from a cloud. It does not need to be dark directly overhead. If you can hear thunder, you are within striking distance! It has been known to travel through clear air and strike 10 miles from the storm like a bolt out of the blue! Lightning is actually 5 times hotter than the sun s surface! With all of this knowledge and critical information we d like to remind you of MuraBella s thunderstorm policy. If we hear thunder or see lightning, we will close the facility for 30 minutes. Every time thunder is heard or lightning is seen, the clock is restarted to 30 minutes. 24 What is the difference between the Community District Development (C.D.D) and a Home Owners Association (H.0.A)? The CDD is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all common property to include the Clubhouse and all related assets, lakes, and common areas throughout the Murabella community. Your managing entity is Governmental Management Services (GMS), LLC. Your C.D.D. District Manager is: Dave denagy and he can be reached at ext Street Lights throughout the community are not included in the assets of the C.D.D. Those that are not working properly may be reported on the Florida Power and Light Company at by any resident. The number on the street light as well as the street name are required. The HOA is responsible for community violations, subject to the policies, and the approvals or disapprovals of the alterations to the exterior of the property.
