5 M Neighborhood Notice: The Turnbull Creek CDD, Board of Supervisors and Staff are happy to report that the Phase 1 Pond Bank work has been completed. This project took place at three of our twenty-one ponds near Positano Avenue at Porta Rosa Circle facing CR 16. All those impacted by the pond bank work are asked to please irrigate the pond bank as part of your routine weekly irrigation. It is very important that the new grass is sufficiently watered in order to take root along the pond banks. 8 Walk Your Block Meet your neighbors at the walking trail in Pescara. All levels welcome! The group meets Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00pm and 6:00pm Volleyball League Youth Volley Ball League meets Friday night at 6:30pm. Ages are welcome. Bump, Set, Spike it That's the way we like it! Coffee Time Coffee Time meets every Friday morning from 10:00-11:00am. Coffee is provided and goodies are always welcomed. Adults only please. Zumba Feeling Spicy? Join our certified Zumba instructor Tiffany Johnson for some Latin sizzle. Classes are held Monday evenings at 7:30pm. $5.00 per class. Yoga Yoga classes are led by our certified Kripalu Teacher Cheryl Stevens on Thursday evenings at 7:00pm. $10.00 per class. Playdate at the park Meet other Murabella Moms to set up playdates while exploring the neighborhood Share your mommy experiences, while meeting new friends.

11 FINALLY! Fitness is fun! Zumba is the perfect fusion of fitness, fun and aerobic movement. You don t have to be a great dancer. Just keep moving and you will have a great time while getting fit! So, break out of those work out blues and join Zumba! Classes are held at the Amenity Center EVERY Monday at 7:30PM. Classes are ONLY $5 each. Don t wait for an invitation you re invited!! Thursday s 7:00PM Cost: $10 drop-in Location: Club House Join us in a soothing, mindful yoga class which will focus on stress reduction, release of chronic tensions, and increased personal strength and flexibility. We will practice gentle warm-ups, simple postures, and breath awareness and conclude with an integrating relaxation. Beginners and all levels are welcome. 14 What is the difference between the Community District Development (C.D.D) and a Home Owners Association (H.0.A). The CDD is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all common property to include the Clubhouse and all related assets, lakes, and common areas throughout the Murabella community. Your managing entity is Governmental Management Services (GMS), LLC. Your C.D.D. District Manager is: Dave denagy and he can be reached at ext Street Lights throughout the community are not included in the assets of the C.D.D. Those that are not working properly may be reported on the Florida Power and Light Company at by any resident. The number on the street light as well as the street name are required. The HOA is responsible for community violations, subject to the policies, and the approvals or disapprovals of the alterations to the exterior of the property.
