4 Structure of the CDD Golden Lakes Community Development District (CDD) CDD is responsible for setting annual maintenance assessments for the maintenance of the common areas and The Club at Eaglebrooke. The Golden Lakes CDD acquired The Club at Eaglebrooke in 2017 and is responsible for overseeing it s operation Common areas include roadways, common area landscaping, street lights and front gate within the development. Annual assessment is a part of your property taxes.

6 Golden Lakes Community Development District (CDD) Established under Florida Law (Chapter 190 F.S.) by the developer to build roads and other infrastructure for the developement This is the entity responsible for: Determining Annual Common Area Maintenance Assessments Approving Annual Operating Budget for the Club at Eaglebrooke Overseeing Management of The Club at Eaglebrooke Maintenance of Common Areas Street Lights Roads Storm Water Systems Common Area Landscaping Perimeter Fences and Walls Front Entrance including Gate Operations
