2 Folks, Here s how it works, After the circus that is the most demanding endurance race on the planet - THE HAWAII IRONMAN TRIATHLON, has packed up and left the surreal town of Kailua Kona on the big island of Hawaii, that s when we rock into town to complete the entire course every cm of it over 4 days. Yep, we ll cover the entire course that has stood for 32 years. SET GOAL > TRAIN & CONDITION APPROPRIATELY > COMPLETE ENTIRE COURSE >TICK BOX NOTE this is NOT a holiday it is a training experience equally, it is far from a race simply covered at your healthy pace. Not many can claim they have covered this legendary course. You can and I will ensure you do that safely HOW IT WORKS and what you get for your coin 1. BP to coordinate bike boxes (dismantle & pack all bikes in bike boxes) and get them to airport 2. BP to designate flights YOU LL coordinate your own flight details 3. BP to book Kahaluu Beach Villas 8kms from Kailua Kona town ( at run turn turnaround) Kailua_Kona_Island_of_Hawaii_Hawaii.html 4. BP to coordinate transport from Kona Airport DODGE people mover (hiring for 5 days) 5. BP to provide all bike mechanics for the next day of riding 6. BP to coordinate and pay for all meals breakfast, lunch & dinner I ll be shopping at a supermarket (Woolworths -5 mins from us) the afternoon we arrive Breakfast Oats, Fruit, Yoghurt, Water, Juice, Eggs, Mixed Nuts Lunch Rolls, Cold Meats, salads etc Training fuel Protein drinks, Energy bars, Sports drink, Gels, Salts, Fluids plenty (BP to carry) Dinner BP to book Dinner at Restaurants in Kailua Kona 3 different Restuarants on the Pier 7. BP to provide full itinery of Ironman Experience understand that I will be your chaperone on every leg of this experience - either swim next to you, on foot, bike or car 8. DAY 1 afternoon 3pm swim 1km in Kailua Pier (easy) with the famous Hawaiian sea turtles and dolphins

3 4pm - Run from Kailua Pier to Run turnaround 8kms along Alii Drive. We are staying exactly at the run turnaround near the little blue Church 9. DAY 2-6am > Drive down to Kailua Pier for 1km swim Drive back for Breakfast grab coffee s on the way at Lava Java on Alii Drive 9am 60km bike > start at Kailua Pier > 10kms in town then out all along the Queen Kahamanu Highway. BP to ride with you in the town section then once you re out on the Queen K, I ll drive the car out to Waikoloa for pick up and drive back to base for lunch (est 3 hours in saddle) 5pm - Run 8km from run turnaround (where we re staying) back to Kailua Kona along Alii Drive. BP to drive car back to town then I ll bike back to join you on the run (est mins). Jump into the

4 surf to cool down, outdoor shower & dinner in town (I ll have your clean clothes. Drive back to base. Sleep well 10. DAY 3-6am > Drive down to Kailua Pier for 1km swim Drive back for Breakfast grab coffee s on the way at Lava Java Bikes in the car drive out to Waikoloa > 60km ride to Hawi bike turnaround [34km] (quick stop and bite to eat, drink) ride back to out car at Waikoloa serious downhill with wind up your bum (est time 3.30 hours). Drive back to base for lunch. Drive back to town at 4pm - Run from town out on the Queen K to Energy lab turnaround 10km (Est time 60-80mins) I ll be driving out to the Energy lab and riding back to run to our destination. I ll be carrrying refreshments more in the car. Drive back to town jump in the ocean, shower & dinner in town. DAY 4-6am > Drive down to Kailua Pier for 800m swim. Drive back for Breakfast grab coffee s on the way at Lava Java 9am Drive back out to Waikoloa and ride back to town 60km (est time 3hours) BP to drive back along Queen K and ride back with you so you ll be on your own for 20kms don t worry you can t get lost drive back from town to base for lunch. Drive out to Energy lab. Run Energy lab and back along Queen K to finish line 16km monster and last leg of our tour running to the FINISH line. I ll be driving back to town and riding back with you to town taking video all the way. Jump in ocean, shower outside and out for celebratory dinner. 4km swum, 180km biked & 42kms run. DAY 5 BP to pack bike bags,and organise transport to airport Early connecting flight to Oahu on to Sydney.
