She is in her fi nal year of studying a for a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Graphic Design) at Charles Sturt University. 3 JUST PICKED Recipe Book Commercial Book highlights the produce grown in the Tenterfi eld district as well as being a photographic memoir of the district. The client, Mole & Sovereign Rivers Red Cross, wanted to produce something special to commemorate the 75 year anniversary of the branch. This recipe book has been produced by the Mole and Sovereign Rivers Branch of the Red Cross to commemorate its 70th anniversary. The recipes use fresh ingredients either produced on farm or from the vegetable garden. Some of these recipes have been chosen because of seasonal ingredients. Many are quick and easy ideas designed to help use up the inevitable glut harvested from vegetable gardens each season. We hope this book will prove a useful fresh food.
