2 PAGE 2 Ocean Swim success What a great day we had for the ocean swim, I don't think we could of asked for better conditions. A big thanks to our major sponsor Peet sea Crest & Tourism Shellharbour and all the donations given from the local businesses. Thank-you to Steve Armstrong who done a fantastic job in organising the ocean swim and Irene Pickard who chased up all the donated prizes for the winners. SHELLHARBOUR NEWSLETTER SLSC

Peet Limited s Sea Crest community has partnered Shellharbour Surf Life Saving Club for the past two years, helping it purchase an inflatable rescue boat, and most recently supporting the Club s seventh annual Ocean Swim. Located in Flinders, between Wollongong and Kiama, the community is positioned among the hills rising up from Shellharbour s coast and is just a short drive from Lake Illawarra, Blackbutt Forest and Shellharbour Beach. Sea Crest offers home buyers an enviable combination of generous lot sizes and expansive views from just $185,000. Home sites available range in size from 504sqm to a generous 812sqm and are located a short-walk to the 2.19ha future landscaped parkland, which will feature BBQ facilities and picnic areas. Sea Crest s location close to neighbourhood amenities, including three primary schools, a child-care centre and local hospital, has been a major drawcard for home buyers with additional established amenities only minutes away in the picturesque Shellharbour Town Centre. If you re looking for large home sites with sweeping views, to suit your lifestyle and your budget, then it s time to visit Sea Crest s on-site land sales information center, where you can literally fly through the land available and choose your ideal home site using the latest technology. Visit our land sales information centre on the corner of Pioneer Drive and College Avenue; open Mondays 11am - 5pm and Saturdays and Sundays 10am - 5pm. Or contact Glenn Starr at the Ray White office on Addison Street Shellharbour to arrange an appointment. More information is also available at or by calling 13 PEET ( ).
